A highly recommended property if you have a dog that LOVES a fenced in back yard. Very quiet neighborhood (early Apr ‘26) at the end of a cul-de-sac. Amenities met our expectations but we missed our drip coffee maker from home (Keurig is no substitute). Plenty of thermostats so a very well conditioned house (re: heat). Great back porch and location (just off 28).

Really enjoyed our stay here. House is well stocked and had everything we needed. Location is quiet but close stores and attractions. Wonderful fenced in backyard great if you have a dog. Owners are very easy to get in touch with and checked in with us to make sure all was well. We are hoping to rent again in the future. Five star all around.

Lots of local shopping and restaurants with great food. House is very pet friendly with large fenced in back yard. Less than a mike to many great beaches, shopping, mini-golf and more!Beaches are long and easy to get to, great for walking or swimming or just sitting in a chair reading a good book. Lots of fun places to visit like museums, or go on a whale watch or each minor league in June thru mid-August!A great place to relax and make memories!

A Very Cape Cod Easter

The house was great! Spacious and well equipped.The deck was fantastic!The fenced in yard was very big and perfectly sized for our perfect pooch! The location was great for Yarmouth and to get to Main St. Hyannis. We will definitely be staying here again!

Cute West Yarmouth Getaway

The location of this place is perfect for West Yarmouth. Just far away to be away from the hustle of route 28, but only a half mile-mile to most attractions for the area.

Great Cape getaway

This property was terrific. We chose because they took dogs and had a fenced yard. The yard was a great size for the dogs and the neighborhood was quiet with the house being located at the dead end of a cul de sac. The house was very clean and had absolutely everything you could want or need. We did a lot of day trips and it was a great mid cape location, as well as close proximity to numerous beaches and the cape cod bike trail. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Family Friendly

Our party included grandparents, parents, adult children and our poodle. It was a great experience for all of us. The house is spacious and easily fit our group. It was very clean and has all the needs covered. Good equipment for cooking at home and a keurig for a quick cup of coffee. Back yard is spacious and fenced in with lots of places to relax. Our dog loved it! The deck was a great place for morning coffee. The home is located near so many places and beaches and it is on a quiet street. Great family times, beach days and sunsets!

There was lots to enjoy about this end-of-cul-de-sac property, including plenty of space, a fenced in back yard, awesome deck, good location, central AC, etc., and the check in was easy and everything worked well and was as it should be. However, we simply can’t ignore the bedding situation. The Master bedroom essentially just has like a futon almost, or a thinner mattress placed into a wood frame. For two adults we found it very hard, and too uncomfy/firm and lacking support to be able to reasonably sleep in. The other bedroom (there are only 2) are just small twins, and also don’t offer much in the way of comfort/support for adults. We ended up on the two couches, separated, which wasn’t ideal for a couple’s vacation, and although they are great couches to watch TV and hang out on, they also aren’t set up well for sleep. We wanted to love this place, and the owner(s) seem nice and responsive, etc., but sleeping arrangements are such a vital part of a vacation and we just felt they were not adequate for our needs, though I suppose others (especially of below average size) might be a little less bothered by the King Bed setup. A comfy King mattress and a box spring and this easily ups to a 5 star stay!

Mattress comfort can vary by personal preference, though we’d like to note that the master bedroom has a proper king mattress and a memory foam topper, not just a frame, and many guests have found it very comfortable with no concerns. The twin beds are standard size and have also worked well for families and groups. We’re glad the rest of your stay went smoothly and appreciate your input.
