Contemporary styled with clean and sleek decor, this home is ideal for both adults and families. Begin each day with your morning coffee out on the shared balcony while taking in the view of Burgess Creek. Inside, the spacious living area includes a warming fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows allowing in plenty of natural light, a smart TV, and comfortable furniture finished in a rustic style. The well-equipped, full kitchen is just a step up from the living area, while meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table for six. The two primary suites offer king beds and comfortable linens, ensuring a great night of sleep. All four bathrooms are modern and tiled. With smart TVs in all four bedrooms and the living room, the perfect set up for movie night awaits! Even though you’re not right downtown, the location is still quite beautiful. Easy to get places. We had a great time!

We're glad you had fun in town! Kutuk is a great spot in the summer, still about 4 miles from downtown but easy access to the resort and summer trails.

Spacious and Clean

Stayed at this property with 6 other adults (7 total) and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was extremely nice for each of the bedrooms to have their own bathroom. The property was clean, roomy, comfy, and had plenty of kitchen utensils/dishes. Highly recommend to anyone that is planning a stay in Steamboat!

Great trip everything went smoothly - management let us check in an hour early but the cleaning crew was still cleaning. Need better communication. Otherwise great experience. We love Kutuk

Nice place. Vacasa company phone reps not local.

Had a great stay. Place was nice. Little trouble with TVs and some faucets leaked. Local Vacasa staff was helpful….however, prior to going I had some concerns with check in time in relation to my flight landing. I emailed them and they told me I could not store my luggage at front desk until my unit was available. They gave me some link to a storage place in town that wasn’t a working link. So I called the local check-in place and they had no problem letting me store my luggage during the interim. They were much more helpful and accommodating than the online Vacasa chat people. So skip them and call the actual place you are staying.

Excellent condo for families

We enjoyed our stay in Kutuk 209. The condo was adequately furnished and supplied. There is plenty of space for a large family and the location is easy in and out for both skiing and leaving for activities away from the ski area. The management did a great job checking in and helping in these strange Covid times. The common areas and hot tub were great, and we felt very comfortable with the system they have in place. We recommend this condo, wonderful unit and ammenities.

Definitely would not say this is ski in or ski out. The condo is ok. Needs lots of updates for the pricing. You have to walk to the lobby to do your laundry. The rooms are tiny. You have housekeeping every other day but that is only to bring you new towels. The transportation is great that is provided.
