This beautiful two bedroom two bathroom condo has everything you may need to make your trip to Cabo complete.
With Terrasol, location is second to none, located on the beach and only a 5 min walk to the marina and 10 min walk to the downtown area.
Step off your private deck and find yourself walking down one of cabo's most pristine beaches, no vendors.
Perfect location to watch cruise ships pass by, whales breaching and sea turtles coming and going.
There are two pools as well as a restaurant and swim up bar to enjoy.

All guests are subject to a nightly fee as well as a cleaning fee
1-2 guests, $17.50 per night
2-4 guests, $22.50 per night
5-6 guests, $27.50 per night
These fees cover all the guests

Cleaning fee: $35.00

This is a NON SMOKING unit....

We are not responsible for acts of nature..... During storm season (July to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation.

During the months of May to October there may be some renovations going on throughout Terrasol, as this is the slow season and construction is permitted. So some noise during the hours of 9-5 may occur.

Everything was available at the condo. I put a 5 star, but to be honest the unit haven't been renovated for decades. I love Cabo. I love the location.

Cabo condos

Great location and quality of the condo. Very clean and easy to check in. The beds were very comfortable with nice towels. Full kitchen was very nice to have. Location is a very short walk to the heart of downtown. Nice beach as well. Front desk was very helpful with any questions. This location is great for families or couples that are looking to relax.

Incredible location

Wonderful ocean views from BOTH large bay windows. Back terrace steps out onto the sand. Quiet, peaceful condo resort. Restaurant high quality and reasonable for breakfast and lunch. Large space in the condo and fully stocked kitchen. Best part: No vendors trying to sell stuff every 5minutes on this side of the peninsula! Also, we could see whales spouting every day and sunsets were amazing!

What an Amazing Week

The pictures and description do not do this place justice. It is right on the beach. The view is amazing, you can see the pool w/ the ocean in the distance. We actually got tired of running out to see the whales. It was also <10 mins walk to the marina which has a ton of great places to eat and shops.

Amazing location and view!

We've stayed at multiple rentals in Terrasol and this is by far our favorite! The location of the condo is perfect, and the view can't be beat. It was clean, well-stocked, and well air conditioned. Check-in was easy! Brad was great to meet, and had great communication. We even stayed an extra day. The staff at the Palapa, as always, was accommodating and amazing! We will definitely return soon!!

Great view of the pool, ocean and the fireworks from the patio!! We bought groceries from the store and BBQ at sunset. Pools are heated, fire pits run on gas and the kids loved being outside at night with the stars. Home is clean and has some games, pool toys and other items that made our stay wonderful. See you next spring break!!

Superb location

First stay at Terrasol and we absolutely loved the location of the resort and this unit. Everyone was so welcoming and nice and Brad was very responsive if we had a question. A overall! I will mention (as I know information is helpful!) that the beds are not on boxsprings but mattresses are flat on wood bedframes which makes them very hard. So if you like hard beds it’s absolutely perfect. Everything in the unit worked as it should and the swim up pool bar was an added plus! Great place!

Fabulous location

Brad, the property manager was communicative and helpful. The property was ideal for us- away from the party scene, but close enough to walk to restaurants & activities. The onsite entertainment of looking out the sliding doors to see humpback whales cruising by couldn't be topped! The pool, beach and onsite restaurant (a surprise steal!) were all easy to access and enjoy. Although the laundry machines weren't in working order at the time of our arrival, Brad was kind enough to bring us fresh towels mid-stay.

Great property!

Fantastic stay! It is removed from the madness that can be downtown but is still an easy walk away. The pools were great, both heated, and the one with the swim up bar is a bit secluded from the winds but the other pool is nice and open and easy to watch whales from the patio! The beds were nice, plenty of towels and beach towels were also provided. Having a full kitchen with dishwasher and a washer/dryer in unit was also great. We did have an issue with the washing machine, but contacted the host and got it fixed that same day. A fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

Amazing location!

We just returned from our stay at terrasol. This place was spectacular. The beach was beautiful. The hotel next to us released baby sea turtles every morning which was such a awesome surprise. The pool was right at the beach and so perfect for our 4 yr old and 4 month infant. The property was gorgeous, clean and the staff was so friendly. Everything down town is literally a ten min walk and there is even a beach right around the corner by the marina. On top of all of that this place was so peaceful, truly the quietest resort we have ever stayed, it was so great. Brad took great care of us along with all the staff. I highly recommend this place for any age or family type. We will definitely be staying again!

First time with VRBO

With the exception of the washer and dryer not working we had a very nice stay. However, we packed knowing a w/d would be in the unit. We were given access to another unit for laundering, but it was a bit of a hassle. Also, there were 5 bottles of rancid oils in the cupboard. Several lightbulbs were burned out. Overall, a great place to vacation.

My stay at Terrasol Beachfront

I would like to thank Brad for providing a pleasant stay at Terrasol. The beachfront condo was cozy with everything my family and I needed, and perfect location to enjoy the sunset by the beach and a wonderful atmosphere. Brad went Above and beyond comunicating with me to ensure the condo was ready for us upon our arrival a couple of days after a hurricane had passed very close to Cabo. We chose to stay at this condo when we had a choice of resorts around Terrasol. I would gladly return in the future and I do recommend the codo which was spacious for our family of 5 which included my 90 year old mother. I'm so grateful to all the employees at the office that provided transport for my mother from the condo around the property. I'm very satisfied with our stay at Terrasol

Great stay with a great view!

We enjoyed our stay at Terrasol. Great location if you want quiet and a great view in Cabo! The resorts next to us did fireworks on a few of the nights. Spectacular to watch and over quickly. Our place #110 was in a great location on the property. You could see the ocean and the whales swim by. Both pools were easy to get to as well as the main resort lobby. The entire staff were very friendly as well! The condo was well maintained and furnished. We often walked off the patio and across the sand to get to the pools and beach. Could maybe use some blocks to walk on just to get to the walkway. But could be that the resort doesn’t want that. The maintenance crews did a great job keeping the sand off the walkways. Both pools were nice. We mostly enjoyed the pool with swim up bar and restaraunt mostly. Just a great stay at this Vrbo! Can’t go wrong.

Absolutely beautiful

This property is even more beautiful than the pictures. It was absolutely lovely and had more amenities than I expected (front desk concierge that made check in super easy, onsite restaurant + swim up bar, two pools). My only recommendation is be sure you read the listing carefully. There is a daily resort fee per person which is included in the listing here but I missed it and so was surprised. That, and the second bedroom is pretty small. Location: you have an incredible view of the beach from the living room, patio and the pool. We saw lots of whales! It is separate from the rest of Cabo by Mt Solmar, so is very quiet and peaceful. Note that you cannot swim at this beach. But there is a public swim beach (playa coral, on our side of the Marina) just a ten minute walk away. Downtown is a 10-30 minute walk away depending on where you go, but there are always taxis outside the resort if you don’t want to walk, Taxis were about $10.

Power went out for several hours one of the nights when we were there and there was no candle and no flashlights so we would suggest that the owners leave either some type of lantern candle or flashlight in case the power does go out again. Other than that everything was very well appointed
