Your Payson adventure begins at this cabin. Nestled in a rural area and within walking distance of the East Verde River that runs through the community, this amazing area offers a relaxing retreat for guests. Rim Country Museum and Myra's Art Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Rancho Tonto Catch-A-Trout and Tonto Creek Fish Hatchery. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching. With a true rustic cabin feel, Trout Creek Cabin features a king bed, queen bed, and a sofa bed, there's plenty of space for everyone. Other essentials provided include heating, AC, WiFi, fireplace, washer/dryer and kitchen essentials. The bathroom is well-equipped with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. I have stayed at this location before. New host this time and they were great! Thorough communication before and during the stay. I feel safe and love the home and location. House is clean and has all amenities needed for a comfortable trip. Dogs loved the yard and deck to hang out on. I will return! Thanks for letting us stay!

We had a great stay at Trout Creek Cabin! Our dog loved the completely fenced in yard. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. This was a great place to unplug and relax for the weekend. We will definitely be back in the summer months.

We have stayed at this cabin multiple times and it is always lovely! The inside is very cozy and well-appointed, and the outside space is wonderful - great deck, comfortable seating, all fenced in so our dog could enjoy herself. As with every stay here, everything was super clean and orderly and communication with the owners easy. Highly recommend!

Everything was clean, organized, and stocked, even with a few surprise extras (like coffee/creamer/hot chocolate). It helped make the stay enjoyable, relaxing and low stress. The porch was beautiful to relax on and enjoy great conversation and the fenced yard was great for our dog. Great experience and would visit again.

Fantastic cabin. I’d have to say it’s one of the best I’ve stayed in. The decor was so incredibly coordinated and just the design of the home was charming. The neighborhood was super friendly and the area was beautiful. Our dog loved the gated yard and at times didn’t want to come in. Highly recommend as I don’t normally fill these out, this one I could not ignore. Communication with the owners was very easy with hardly any delay.

Trout creek cabin is a great stay in the Payson area. We really enjoyed the cabin feel while still being renovated with everything we needed. The kids loved the loft and upstairs play space. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and hanging out in the yard. It is in a great location -- in the middle of the neighborhood but offers plenty of privacy. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had the best time! The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s so cozy and well decorated and comfortable. We especially loved how the porch and backyard were all gated and connected so our pup could roam freely.

If we could give this place 10 stars, we absolutely would! Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped — you can tell the owners have put real care into making guests feel at home. The cabin’s dĂ©cor was cute and cozy, giving it such a warm, inviting atmosphere.It was perfect for our dogs, too. We were a little nervous about bringing them at first, but we quickly felt completely comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful, and we loved walking to both sides of the creek every day. The scenery behind the tennis court is simply picturesque — the kind of spot that makes you stop and take it all in.Our son had an amazing time as well, especially making s’mores over the fire pit in the evenings. It was such a special way to end each day.I really enjoyed the serenity. It was everything we hoped for and more — truly the ideal getaway for our whole family.

They should call this place the Hobby Lobby Comfort Cabin. It's very cozy and quaint. The decor is very woodsy and like you stepped into the outdoor section at Hobby Lobby. I love it. It's had just the perfect size and amenities for a family of five to start for a few. It has a neat wrap around deck that you can sit on and just take in the outdoor tranquility. Friendly neighbors that welcome you. Plenty of accessories if you want to play games. A fire pit to start gaze by. This was such a wonderful retreat. Thank you.

We had such a relaxing stay at this mountain getaway! The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a cozy retreat. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog, and we loved how close it was to the river—such a peaceful spot for morning walks. The neighborhood was quiet and serene, which made it easy to unwind.
