Perfectly situated directly on the shores of Okanagan Lake, this upscale resort offers the ideal location for enjoying everything the Okanagan has to offer including world-class wineries, golf courses, restaurants, beaches, boating, and endless outdoor activities.

This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features a spacious open-concept design with mountain views, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the resort grounds before spending the day at the beach, pool, or exploring the surrounding wine country.

Guests enjoy full access to resort-style amenities including the outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, private beach, dock, BBQ area, theatre room, and more. The lake, beach, pool, and hot tub are all just steps from your door. Boat slips may be available to rent through a third party, subject to availability and conditions.

Located in the heart of West Kelowna’s renowned wine region, you are surrounded by some of British Columbia’s most prestigious wineries including Mission Hill Family Estate Winery, The Hatch, and Frind Estate Winery — Canada’s only lakefront winery. Many additional wineries, breweries, cideries, and tasting rooms are only minutes away.

Several top-rated golf courses including Two Eagles Golf Course and Shannon Lake Golf Club are nearby, while downtown Kelowna is just a short drive across the bridge for shopping, dining, nightlife, and entertainment.

The unit has a King bed in first and second bedrooms and a bunkbed with a Twin over Double bunk in the third. The first of two full bathrooms features a comfortable jacuzzi tub with a separate stand up shower.

Parking: 2 designated stalls in parkade with height clearance of 6`8`. Overflow parking available on a first come first serve basis.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY 2 STALLS ARE GUARANTEED AND ADDITIONAL PARKING IS SEVERELY LIMITED.

Additional in unit amenities include: Wi-Fi, cable, pod-style coffee maker, BBQ.

Pool and hot tub amenities are typically closed for the season between Thanksgiving and May Long weekend annually.

- There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit(s) or building(s). Failure to abide by this rule could lead to a $1,000 fine if evidence is found in the unit upon check-out.
- No parties or events of any kind are permitted on or within the premises unless agreed upon. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises. Any noise complaint callouts or fines will be charged back to you as the guest.
- The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded at any time. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be charged back to you as the guest.
- The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to.
- If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area.
- If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately.
- The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
- If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged a minimum of $200.
- All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station.

Great location and easy to communicate with. Home also had lots of great amenities in it for us to use (coffee, shampoo etc). Already planning our next trip back.

Great holiday!

This unit was perfect for my daughter and her family. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Brock (management contact) was very professional and easy to communicate with.Overall, Barona Beach Resort is a wonderful spot to stay. It’s amenities are lovely and it is close to many fun things to do. Grocery stores are very close by as well.We will certainly consider staying here on our next visit to West Kelowna.

Thank you for your incredibly dishonest review Christine! The first thing that you did upon arriving at the property was complaining in a sarcastic and rude manner, and the only two issues that you raised then and throughout your entire stay were to do with the couch that is getting replaced next week and the mop that was in the hall closet that had just been rinsed out. You did not report a single other issue related to cleanliness or anything else during or after your stay. You did however continue to be incredibly rude with your communication. For anyone else reading this review, please note that there is no maintenance required at this property and we have an excellent track record of cleanliness across all of the properties that we manage. Christine has been blocked from booking this property or any of the other properties that we look after in the future.
