The space
Cozy 2 bedroom home with large front deck and fire pit facing the White River. Cottage has large front porch and outdoor area on a hill for expansive river views. A deck has been added on river bank for fishing and steps for water access. Large yard has plenty of room for lawn games or activities. Includes washer and dryer, games, puzzles, darts, and a bumper pool table.

Close proximity to the essentials but far enough for peace and quiet. Restaurants 5 minutes away. Drive to French Lick is less than half an hour.

Guest access
Entire home and 1.5 acre yard available for guest use. Attached garage will not be available at this time.

Home is a single story but not handicap accessible. Guests will be required to climb 4-5 steps for entry. Steps for water access are steep and not recommended for those with mobility issues or small children. The river is not a still body of water so swimming is not recommended.

Some firewood is provided and for use in the outdoor fire pit only. The wood stove inside is for decorative purposes only.

We are pet friendly! The neighbor has a coon dog he keeps put up when our home is rented but she occasionally visits. She is friendly and answers to Lady. Please don't leave personal items unattended outdoors in case she mistakes them for a toy.
