The Toliver House is a MUST stay while in French Lick. The home is beautiful and well equipped. The bedrooms are a nice size and excellent for family stays. Right in town and can walk to many attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We loved the house & location! The house was perfect and plenty of room. We all enjoyed our stay and able to sit and visit in the evenings together. Perfect location in French Lick

Great location

Everything was close and convenient. The thoughtful touches in the property for coffee, breakfast bars and bottled water were appreciated. Rooms and beds were comfortable and everything we needed was available. I would recommend to anyone looking for comfortable place to stay in French Lick.

Book it!

Perfect location for walking to area attractions and restaurants. A historical area very interesting. House was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. Front porch sitting was an added bonus. Host was so friendly and accommodating and provided area information for our visit. Would highly recommend this place !!

Weekend Getaway with Grandparents

The Toliver Guest house is in the perfect French Lick location. With the resort amenities across the street and the local spots within walking distance it’s a great choice if you want more space compared to the hotel rooms. The house was very clean and had everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Our 2 year old had a blast and we had to do minimal “toddler proofing.” We highly recommend the Toliver Guest House!

Perfect Stay

We were in town for a wedding weekend. It was a perfect stay. Property was just like the pictures. They had all the basics - paper towels, garbage bags, soaps and detergent. That made it nice for a short stay. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels but a nice washer and dryer of you run out. Room for one car in the driveway and two spots on the road and the extra half bath came in handy for 6 adults to get ready at one time. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect spot to visit French Lick. Thank you

Best location!

It was perfect size for 4 sisters to have a weekend getaway. And walking distance to alot of locations. The interior was immaculate. .

Great location and amenities

Weather permitting you can walk most anywhere. Amenities are above and beyond. All those little things you don’t have to worry about. They are already supplied. Soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee, water, trash bags, etc.

Beautiful home in the center of it all

The home was perfect for us, as we were in town for a cheer competition. It’s within walking distance of the event center and you can get to anywhere within a short walk or drive. Kathy communicated with us about check in and anything we needed. If we make it back to French Lick, we definitely will stay again!

Clean House, Downtown

Our family came to French Lick for a quick weekend stay. The house was incredibly clean. Our only complaint was that the beds were not very comfortable. Otherwise, it was perfect!
