This light, bright three bedroom, three and a half bathroom home, which sleeps up to 8 guests is the perfect place for a family getaway. Each of the three bedrooms has a king bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the loft for a peaceful night of sleep.
The bonus of this beautifully appointed retreat is that you will likely get a daily dose of wildlife, it is located in one of the best areas in Estes Park to enjoy the great diversity of our animal neighbors.

SkyRun hot tubs are not intended for children.
Guests buy their own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a Flash Light.
BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.
We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Snow removal by SkyRun at 4 inches of new snow on your arrival day.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
