Condo entiÚrement mis à jour dans un excellent emplacement à quelques pas de la télécabine

Surdimensionné 1 chambre avec lit queen, lit superposé et matelas aéro. Capacité 6 personnes. Cuisine complÚte équipée de tout l'équipement pour préparer un excellent dßner. Unité la plus proche des pistes et de la télécabine. Skiez jusqu'au condo et faites une pause pour le déjeuner puis dévalez les pistes pour l'aprÚs-midi. Bains à remous et salle de fitness juste en bas du couloir. Condo au premier étage donc pas d'ascenseurs à gérer. Casier à skis pour ranger vos skis ou snowboards. Starbucks et restaurants juste à cÎté. Parking souterrain chauffé. Prenez la navette gratuite directement de cet immeuble au centre-ville de Winter Park pour dßner dans l'un des excellents restaurants.

We were generally displeased with the overall experience. The property itself is incredibly well located. You can walk out the patio door or the door nearby and be 150 ft from the gondola. Truly spectacular. The reason for the low rating were three issues. First the property is not well maintained. There were a number of things broken in the apartment. They may be fixed by the time you get there, but I get the feeling the owner does not keep the property in great condition. Next, the description oversells the property and perhaps misrepresent it a little. There is NO washer and dryer in the unit. There is a shared one down the hall that costs 5 per load. Parking as of Jan 2026 was 30/day with no in/out privileges. I think this should have been explained. Lastly, and the most frustrating part was the host. I've stayed at a bunch of rentals and he was the hardest person to work with. I think he just assumed that you would accept any problems that came up and still be pleased with the rental. He refused to fix any of the issues that we presented and then tried to pin an extra cost on us. Ultimately, we negotiated and got a small refund but were still displeased overall. I would NOT stay here again and would NOT recommend this property. Book at your own risk.

Great place! This is our 3rd time staying at this location and we love it every time! Love the convenience of the location and closeness to the lift for my husband’s mountain biking and taking the kids to do activities. Always look forward to staying here!

Convenient and well stocked

Had a great spring ski. Ability to sleep four of us in one bedroom and have a separate living space was a huge advantage over other one-bed units at Zephyr. Kitchen was well stocked and unit had updated amenities. Would stay again

Great location, perfect trip!

Our family of 4 stayed for four nights for a ski trip in March. The unit is spacious, clean, and well stocked with all the necessities. I chose this unit originally for its convenience to the slopes, but I had no idea that jt was literally STEPS from the gondola!! You rare right in the village, and so close to skiing, skischool, shops, and restaurants! thvillage

Absolutely perfect stay

This is a great location, right at the base of the gondola. Lockers for your skis and underground parking. The condo was well stocked with everything you need for a perfect skiing vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here and love the location. We were very close to the gondola and had a ski locker that is very close to the back door. The accommodations were great and I am glad we stayed here.

Perfect Ski in Ski out condo

Condo is exactly as described. Condo is the perfect ski in/ski out location! Just steps from the gondola. I don’t think there is another condo closer to the lifts. This condo is on the ground floor and has a laundry room and hot tubs on the same floor which come in handy. The condo itself had all the kitchen supplies we needed, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, etc. We are already planning our next trip!

Great Location

Great cozy stay convenient to the slopes. Condo had everything needed to fix meals and was clean & up to date. While we didn’t eat out during our stay there are a number of options located within walking distance. Grocery store and other dining options are only a short drive. The underground heated parking was great even though you have to pay Zephyr to park. Ski locker was located nearby and close to Zephyr entrance/exit to slopes.

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful stay in this well-appointed apartment that is part of the Winter Park Resort. To ski, the slopes are extremely close. There are restaurants and shops right nearby. The parking costed 21/day, was heated and easy. The heating took a minute to figure out but worked well. Property manager very responsive.

Better than expected

Our first time to winter park and happy to say our stay here was perfect! This property was bigger, cleaner, and nicer than the photos really depict. The kids loved the bunk beds and fireplace. Also, if we ever go back we will for sure stay here again—the location to the lift can’t be beat, especially with kids and ski gear. Great stay!

This condo is the perfect size for our family of five. It is great for families with children as everything is a short walk including the day care at the resort and the ski school. Everything we need is right in the village including restaurants, groceries, arcade, fire pit, ice rink and shopping.

Because this unit is on the first floor there is no need to deal with the elevators witch can be a hassle on busy days. Even the hot tubs are just a short walk down the hall. The laundry and fitness center are also on the same floor.
