3 BR Classical Apartment With a Modern Touch

When we designed this apartment, our aim was to create a place that allowed us to relax and enjoy life with friends and family, whether that meant socializing in the living room or soaking in the view. We crafted a space that blends classical elegance with modern convenience. Please note that the property consists of two units next to each other, each with its own entrance (please see to the floor plan in the pictures). We also appreciate the location in the heart of the city.

The larger apartment features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (both with King-size beds), two bathrooms, and a balcony, while the smaller, separate studio is equipped with a king-size bed, kitchen, and bathroom. Both units has kitchen and the larger unit has a washing machine and dryer and the smaller unit has an combine washer/dryer machine.
We ask that you be prudently silent and discreet, especially at night between 22:00-08:00 (10pm-8am). No parties are aloud.
Please don`t use shoes inside.
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the apartment.
Illegal downloads are forbidden.
Please only put toilet paper in the toilet.
Please use kitchen fan when cooking.
