Un bel appartement entièrement rénové dans un immeuble du début du XXe siècle situé sur le boulevard Andrassy le plus prisé - un site classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO (le boulevard le plus célèbre de Budapest), juste à côté de la salle d'opéra et en face du magasin Gucci. L'appartement dispose de 3 chambres très spacieuses et calmes avec 3 salles de bains, un grand salon et une cuisine personnalisée. L'appartement bénéficie de plafonds de 4 mètres et de parquet. Toutes les marques de haute couture sont à proximité de l'appartement. Toutes les attractions de la ville sont accessibles à pied depuis l'appartement. This flat is big and roomy with plenty of space for 6 adults. It is in a very nice area and within walking distance of restaurants and theaters. I would recommend this place.

First time in Budapest

Great location and space! We truly enjoyed our trip to Budapest! The owners communication and description of the location made it really easy to find. Bathrooms and rooms were good size too! Walking around was easy and plenty of places to eat in the area! Overall a great place to stay!

Good apartment in a great location close to the Opera House and the train station. It has two good sized rooms, with the third being smaller. Everything was as advertised. I was disappointed at the lack of toilet paper and handwash that was supplied for the three days we were there - small things that make a big impression. Marietta was very informative and quick to respond to messages.I would recommend this apartment to others wanting a good base in Budapest.

Wonderful flat!

The flat is in a great location, safe neighborhood. It was very clean and bright. Great communication with the owner. I would just point out that the air conditioning unit is in main living area, not the bedrooms. Our first day in Budapest was very warm so we slept with the bedroom doors open for the air to come in. On subsequent nights we simply opened the windows.

Our family of 5 stayed in this great apartment. Best location in Budapest. Our hosts were so hospitable and looked after us brilliantly! We were sad to leave but look forward to returning to beautiful Budapest!

3 bedrooms all en-suite. Spacious. Excellent location. Super clean. Marietta was a top-notch host and couldn't have been more accommodating since the 1st place we rented was falsely described as a 3 bedroom and was only 2.

Overall checkin instructions were easy and it’s a big space with plenty of room for 6 adults and location walking distance to everything in Budapest. That said, a bit pricey given level of service.Seeming lack of care/thought… not enough toilet paper, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash, broken bottle opener, and cheap smelly towels

Solid apartment in great location

The apartment is in fantastic location by opera and right near Jewish district. This is the best part along with some old world charm. However, the apartment was not well stocked with basics like toilet paper or paper towels and the sheets and towels are very thin and worn. Beyond that the apartment is in a commercial building (so it seems) and there were construction noises starting very early. Essentially we couldn’t use one bedroom due to the noise. Lastly, I would be cautious with the owner and note there is no refunds. Under no circumstances will she return. As example I mistakenly booked during Covid thinking it had refund policy. Within five minutes of booking I recognized error and she wouldn’t refund. This was my error but thought that a property owner that approached business this way was probably best to avoid in future

Robert Pulciani unfortunately was a horrible guest. The neighbor complained about call girls coming late at night and causing disturbance in the building's common areas. The building is residential and is one of the most sought after buildings in Budapest. Everything is new in the apartment and it is well stocked. However, it does not cater for numerous call girls in the evenings.

Andrássy Utca Apartment

We recently stayed at this apartment and had a wonderful stay! First off, the location is unbeatable. It's right on Andrássy Utca, which is like the Champs-Élysées of Budapest. You're literally steps away from the Opera House and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the city. The apartment itself? It's awesome! You walk in and the first thing you notice are these gorgeous high ceilings that make the place feel very grand. It's also spacious, so it’s great for larger families/groups. And cleanliness? Top-notch! The place is really well-maintained. We stayed in August and we were pleasantly surprised that the apartment stays relatively cool. We had very warm weather (90-100 degrees Fahrenheit) and no one was complaining inside the apartment about the heat. The AC unit in the living room kept everyone comfortable! And Marietta, the owner, is fantastic! Super kind and quick to respond to any questions. You know how check-ins can sometimes be a hassle? Not here. Marietta gives you a detailed list of everything you need to know about the apartment and the area. It made checking in and staying in the apartment a breeze. If you're heading to Budapest and want a place that combines a great location with comfort and excellent service, we would definitely recommend this apartment. It really enhanced our whole Budapest experience!

3 bedrooms in a perfect location

This very clean and spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment was perfect for our stay. The location, next to the Opera, was very convenient, there is a very close grocery store and being able to walk to the Christmas market was a plus. It was very easy to communicate and we would stay here again if we visit Budapest.

We Loved Our Time in Budapest

Marietta was so helpful in planning our trip to Budapest. Especially with Covid. She went out of her way to ensure our unique needs were met! She brought in single beds so my two adult children didn’t have to share a king bed. She brought in a bigger table so we could have family meals, and still have a table for puzzles. You could easily tell she was invested in our happiness and satisfaction. She and Tony were very communicative and responsive. The place itself was ideally located - walking distance to everything! We did buy the 7 day transportation pass as well, just to have, and still averaged 15000 steps a day. Loved the trams, buses and metro for when the walk was a little too far .. looking at you Buda. Spent time in the Christmas markets and wonderful cafes and restaurants. Saw most of the “must see” sights but did not get a Langos. That just means we will have to go back. I would not hesitate to stay here and would definitely stay again when we return. Thanks for a great week Marietta!

Great downtown location

My family of 5 recently stayed at this great 3 bedroom property. The location is fantastic!! And the flat is a very authentic Budapest flat. I felt like a local!! We walked everywhere and had everything we needed very close by. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time in this well located apartment. The building is on a street with high end shopping and restaurants. The unit was very clean and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The owners are friendly and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this as a great alternative option to a high priced hotel in Budapest.

Great apartment on the Best street in Budapest!

Marietta was a wonderful host and her apartment is comfortable and immaculate. All three bathrooms are new and clean and there is a new kitchen. The location is unbeatable with the opera house a block away, the underground a block away and the best restaurants walking distance!
