La communauté de condo Koa Resort dispose de 5 hectares paysagers tropicaux avec 5 bùtiments de faible hauteur entourant une piscine de taille olympique. Unité au rez-de-chaussée entiÚrement rénovée avec tout le confort de la maison. Une entrée privée, une véranda privée avec vue directe sur la piscine en font un endroit calme et relaxant pour explorer tout ce que Maui a à offrir. Vous ne vous sentirez jamais comme votre monde ici. 54 unités partagent tous les terrains et commodités, vous pouvez donc avoir la piscine pour vous. C'est une question de confort et de commodité. Laissez les enfants jouer au tennis ou au ping-pong pendant que vous faites griller le poisson frais sur le gril de la cabane avec une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite afin que les enfants puissent se connecter avec des jeux et vous pouvez télécharger des e-mails pendant le dßner. Laissez les vents alizés vous bercer pour dormir dans votre choix de King, Queen ou l'un des deux lits jumeaux. Really wish I could give it five stars - Con: noise. 1) you are 250 feet from the main drag of Kihei: bring your sound machine. 2) Ceiling is much too thin, you will hear every footstep: adults at 8 PM, running children at 6 AM. Sound machine won’t help. If they’re up, you’re up. Plan accordingly, and you’ll be fine.Pro: Everything else. Great location for the beaches, fabulous apartment well stocked with everything you’ll need and more: modern kitchen, tons of beach toys, a beautiful lanai. Pool is huge, and a friendly responsive host.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

Debbie was knowledgeable and friendly sharing so many keys to Maui. The condo was easy to find and get into. The pool was directly out the back door and has such a nice little sitting area to watch the birds and admire the plumeria trees. I can not wait to come back.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent time in Maui. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (all adults). It's very well furnished, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area, and the lanai was a great place place for a morning cup of coffee. Convenient location. The owner, Debbie, was very responsive to any questions. I'd love to stay here again if we return to Maui in the future.

Wonderful Stay

Second time staying here and we were completely happy again! Although close to a busy road it’s actually pretty quiet. The grounds are beautiful, the units and lanais are private. Large swimming pool, hot tub, shuffle board, ping pong, tennis & pickle ball courts, of which my family of 8 took full advantage of. This unit ( 1C ) is a minute walk to all amenities. One block away from a great beach location for early morn & sunset turtle sightings. Unit is LOADED with everything you need - kitchen, linens & beach stuff, she has thought of everything! Very homey, comfortable and clean. New furniture and decor since last we stayed!!!! Love the murals in the bedrooms!!! Did not wish or want for anything else 
. grateful for all of it!!!! We had a great vacay with kids and grandkids who stayed two units down. God willing we will keep bringing them back, and will definitely continue to stay here. Mahalo Jen & Family ❀

Great place

Had a great time during our stay. The location was great, a short walk down the road and can see some turtles on the beach. Beautiful property. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook from home, fit our family great. There were boogie boards for the kids and sand toys and beach chairs you could use too. The owner was available, just a quick text away. Would love to come back again!!

Well stoked condo in great location

This condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Kihei! Great location just a short walk to the beach and quick drive to town. We enjoyed all the amenities provided - from the well stocked kitchen to the extra towels and chairs for the beach. The owner is easy to reach and quick to respond to any issue. The pool is lovely and we used it several times after a day exploring or laying on the beach. Easy walk across the street to the Humpback Whale Sanctuary Visitor Center in the evening to watch the sunset and turtles come in to rest for the night. Quick drive to shopping and tons of restaurants. Only drawback was the upstairs neighbors were very loud 3 of the 7 nights we stayed. They kept us up until all hours of the night. It’s a bummer to have to deal with that when you’re on vacation and the rules are clearly posted. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we can’t say enough about all the extras in this condo!

Incredible stay

We had an incredible stay at this condo! From the moment we booked, the host was attentive and communicative, providing all the information we needed for a seamless check-in. The condo itself was immaculate, with all the comforts of home. It was perfectly located—close to local beaches and great dining options within a short drive. The amenities provided, like high-speed Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen, made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful and well stocked condo

This two bedroom Kihei condo was not only beautiful (much thought was put into the furnishings and decor) but functional (my husband found every small appliance, cookware & utensil needed to make amazing meals so was able to make all breakfasts and dinners in the condo). The one washroom in the unit was large and there were plenty of towels (for both the beach and for showering). The in-unit washer/dryer was also appreciated. The outside lanai had nice furniture and the outside water hose was convenient for rinsing off beach items. The outside deck box was filled with new beach chairs, boogey boards and snorkeling gear which we enjoyed on our day trips to various beaches. The pool was clean and centrally located. We also connected to our Netflix account and could watch movies in the evening. We really enjoyed the unit and will certainly be back as it just made out stay so comfortable with everything that was provided. The only thing we didn't use was the outdoor grills located by the tennis courts as they were not in optimal working order, but the George Foreman grill in the unit was terrific for cooking fish and it was nice having my husband not have to leave to cook. This unit was in a great location and only 18 minutes to Kahului (where Costco and Walmart are located). Overall a five star stay.

My husband and I and our 3 kids stayed here for a great vacation. Very clean condo. There wasn’t a single thing the condo didn’t have that I might have needed. The pool is clean and the kids loved it- Great 2ft end and a 9ft end for all ages.

Great location

The condo is cozy and convenient, closed to many beautiful beaches and good restaurants. Also we liked how it was so close to the pool and we generally had the pool to ourselves. Debbie was very good at responding to our needs. The only negative thing is the noises from the neighbors upstairs and the poor baby in unit next door 1 B who cried every early morning nonstop from 1-7am. These neighbors kept all of us up and we didn’t get good sleep but it’s beyond the owner control. We still enjoyed our trip and had a blast and would definitely return to the beautiful Maui. Mahalo!

Awesome Condo!

This condo is lovely! And very comfortable! We were 4 of us, myself, husband, daughter, and about to be a 13 year old granddaughter. One bathroom only, worked just fine. The kitchen has everything you would need and more. And, very important, the condo was so very clean. Loved the tropical decor in the condo! Pool is great and steps away. Traffic in Kihei is something else, busy busy. We just made a left out of the parking lot up to the highway a few blocks away to get to our destination. Very easy access to the west part of the island and Paia, etc. We had an awesome stay. Thankyou Debbie!

Debbie is an event videography and Melt Method instructor, Debbie and her husband Jeff, lived here at Koa for 5 years before moving up to Pukalani, upcountry Maui. Sadly, Family and work called them back home to Ohio in 2014.
Betty Ann, my cousin that enjoyed visiting us to vacation for the last 5 years, decided to invest in Koa resort to retire in some day. Debbie has stayed on to manage, rent and maintain the property from afar. So sit back and relax with your own “insider local” tour guide to the islands.. This condo has been totally remodeled by us to fit all your needs on vacation. Our condo home in sunny Kihei is the perfect place to call home while you explore all Maui has to offer! I am always happy to help you customize your trip to your individual needs.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Kihei is centrally located to the island. If it is raining in Kihei, it is raining all over the island. Very dry area of the island, it is perfect for all water sports. My husband, Jeff is a scuba diver, many great dive and snorkeling locations here close as well as great places for me to kayak out to watch whales! Not to mention the best beaches on Maui! Because my condo was my home, you will feel and live the difference. Your not staying in a condo package where it's always just been a rental income. You are staying in my customized home.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Love the mix of residents, from young and old alike. Some retired living their dream retirement, some working on the island, some coming to enjoy the island for the first time, some coming to marry or honeymoon. The property is build with a pool that never gets crowded. Property promotes activities with two tennis courts and cabana for parties or just grilling with the family. Shuffleboard is a family favorite around the hot tub and pool area. Always something to do with plenty of wide-open space so you never feel like you are in a condo complex. Central parking lot means no one drives up to your door. Beautiful winding tropical walk ways back to the buildings, with so many plumeria trees and other Hawaiian tropical plants blooming year round, jacaranda trees scent the breezes as you make your way back to your private unit.
