Notre complexe hôtelier allie le confort d'un séjour à la magnifique toile de fond de l'escapade hawaïenne que vous avez parcourue jusqu'à présent.

Que vous marchiez jusqu'à la plage de l'autre côté de la rue, que vous vous détendiez dans la grande piscine et le bain à remous ou que vous vous promeniez au centre de tennis, vous n'êtes pas loin de tout ce qui se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de Kihei.

Vous et quatre autres personnes au maximum peuvent vous reposer tranquillement sur nos couchettes. Il y a un lit king size dans notre chambre principale et un lit queen dans notre deuxième chambre, ainsi qu'un canapé-lit qui ne prendra pas une grande partie des 850 pieds carrés du salon.

Profitez de notre cuisine récemment rénovée avant une journée de découverte de l'île ou simplement de détente au bord de la piscine. Rendez votre repas encore meilleur en le préparant sur notre gril en plein air et en le déplaçant dans la véranda de l’unité pour profiter des superbes jardins bien entretenus du Koa Resort.

Si vous ne restez pas ici, vous ne faites pas bien Maui. Mahalo

This property was at an excellent location, near to the Kehei and more southern beaches, restaurants, and access to the Kahului, the airport, and Haleakala. It also had convenient parking and a good pool and hot tub. The property itself had a well stocked kitchen, excellent sitting and eating areas, both inside and out, and provided plenty of towels and beach stuff. Beds were comfortable, pillows were medium, but with the lowest air conditioning setting being 73 sleeping was at times interrupted and towels stayed damp. The property was not as clean as other places we have stayed.

Perfect location!

Wonderful central place for our family stay in Maui. Close to the beach, the mountains, and the pool was literally steps from our door! Had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Clean condo. We had everything we needed. We’ve stayed at the KOA resort several times and always enjoy the pool and low key location. It’s a quiet community. The rooster was easily heard every morning since there’s not a real glass window in the bedrooms- but thats a part of the Hawai’i experience! The furniture and layout in main dwelling area made it difficult to hang out as a family with couches, tables and the TV in odd positions, and I couldn’t figure out how to optimize it temporarily for our stay. But certainly not a barrier to overall enjoying this condo. Very nice kitchen. Quick communication. And the beach towels provided were amazing. Funny thing to love, but they were so nice I might have to get my own haha. Thank you for a great stay!

You can’t go wrong staying here, the grounds and pool are great, maybe upgrade the tv in the bedroom otherwise it worked for us

Simple, clean and well equipped spot for a family of 4 in Kihei

Loved the accessibility to the whale sanctuary and Kihei beach. The better beaches were in Wailea but Kihei has a more cruisy coast town vibe which we liked. Beverly’s place was great for our 5 and 9 yr old, we could sit on the patio while they kicked a ball right outside (all enclosed and safe). Great stay all up!!

Everything we needed

We had an excellent stay at the Reck's condo I'm Kihei. It was cozy and equipped with everything we needed including a Cooler, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and a couple boogie boards. We also really loved the location and enjoyed morning coffee on the beach across the street and easily went for morning runs in the neighborhood. The pool was also fantastic. Would stay here again!

Koa in Kehei

Great place to stay! Nothing needs to be taken other than sunblock and your clothes. It is fully stocked with anything you would need. The place is clean and the grounds are kept nicely. Communication was good, Beverly answered emails very quickly. It was home away from home and we would definitely stay there again!

Family stay on Maui

The whole family enjoyed the rental. This property has really beautiful grounds and the kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Both of which were good size. Walking across the beach to the street was very easy and we saw a number of sea turtle on the beach across the street. Host was easy to communicate with and overall we had a very positive experience.

Anniversary 2024

This lovely property is fantastic. Rooms are spacious, and comfortable beds. Locate in a quiet area but easy to access anything in maui. Very windy when we were here, however the pool was wonderful substitute for a beach. Owner has everything you need for the beaches, clean unit, easy to communicate with owner. Would highly recommend this property.

Everything Was Perfect!

Beverly is such a kind and responsive host! The place was well stocked (more than I thought it would be), the WiFi worked well with multiple devices at a time, and the pool is perfect for little kids, up to teens and adults. We also loved that they had beach toys and inflatable life jackets for the littles. Thanks for the great stay and we hope to be back!
