Close to beach and amazing restaurants. Communication with management was outstanding. The apartment is fine. It could use some maintenance and updates. It felt maintained 'just enough', but could use some repairs to make it feel like you were in a nice apartment. The bedding could use an update, and the sheets were thin polyester.

Everything we needed was available. There were some issues with the toilet, but it got resolved the same day and the host showed great communication. The air conditioning in each of the rooms was nice to have with the warm weather. Unfortunately there was some unpleasant odors coming out from one of them which I hope the host could address.

When people stay in a condo kitchen supplies are either already there or current vacationers leave things like plastic wrap, foil, seasonings etc. behind. Here there was nothing but we make do. I didn't want to have to clean the toaster oven and I couldn't find a baking tray so we didn't use it. Minor problems that won't stop us from coming back

Beyond expectations. Condo contained all things needed for a stay without running out to get dish soap and other supplies. Every imaginable kitchen gadget and items of beach gear were available and appreciated. It was a delight to sit on the balcony and sip coffee as the sun came up over the plumeria and banyan tree to the sound of bird conversation. The condo is only blocks from grocery, hardware and drug store as well as coffee shops and restaurants. Easily walkable.

Close to a park with pickleball courts. Immediate beach area is very basic without ammenities. Bedroom had ac window units and fans which made it hard to control the temperature. Ac unit was only a few feet from the bed.Quite a few homeless sleeping a short distance from the project. Grounds and pool are well maintained. A short drive to a decent beach. Perfect Vacation

We had a great stay! Close to South Maui Gardens for good food! Super close walk to Nalu’s for happy hour, as well as the beach to see the sunset, turtles, and we even saw a monk seal! It was so nice to have the pool and grill area with tables. The chairs for the beach were also so nice to have! Thank you for everything, we had a great time!

Great location!

We had a great time and the condo was a great place to stay! They have lots of beach equipment at the house and that was AWESOME! It’s a quiet neighborhood and beach access is right by! The house could use a deep clean but other than that it was a great choice!

Amazing rental unit

Location, cleanliness, comfy beds, beach items, AC, access to host via app. All flawless.We had So much fun in Maui at this rental property. Pool was amazing for our little one, bbq area clean and well maintained, very close to the beach and a supermarket and coffee shops also a very quiet area!

Fantastic Location

This is a fantastic place to stay!The beach is just a short 2-minute walk away, and the property is located on a quiet street with free parking—super convenient! It’s also close to several great spots like the Food Oasis food trucks, Foodland, Paia Fish Market, Kihei Caffe, and Snorkel Bob’s Rentals.The kitchen is impressively stocked with everything you need: pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, cooking utensils, and even extras like a toaster oven, three rice cookers, a coffee maker, blender, Tupperware, and more.A thoughtful touch was the inclusion of a curling iron and hair straightener, which came in handy when mine broke.Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the same building, with one commercial washer and two dryers. They were always available when I needed them. The hosts even provided laundry pods and dryer sheets. The machines only take quarters, and each load costs 1.25.For beach days, they had chairs, umbrellas, and coolers available for use, which was incredibly helpful.The unit stays cool with fans and air conditioning, which made it very comfortable during our stay.One tip: Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as those aren’t provided.As a family of five, we especially appreciated the ample seating in the living area. It was so nice to have a sofa and armchair where we could all relax together, without needing to resort to dining chairs like we’ve had to at other places.I highly recommend this place and would absolutely s

Wonderful unit and stay.

Comfortable & clean unit. Comfy beds-great pool area. Close to an amazing beach. Walking distance to eating places. I would highly recommend this unit and company to anyone visiting Maui.

Keys to Kihei

Unit was perfect for our trip. Short drive from the airport, unit close to street parking and lot, so always had close parking. Condo is central to so many necessities; Times market (short walk) and many shops, restaurants, coffee, etc. we had a lot planned in our short 4 day trip, and it was conveniently located to everything, and it was nice to come back after a long day out and turn on the cold A/C units in each room to cool down. Our kids loved ending the day in the pool too. Super short walk to the beach.

Perfect Location

Great location, extremely close to relatively quiet beach and easy access to amenities. Pool and hot tub were steps from the condo, they were a great size and well kept. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Maui Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful Maui vacation. The location of the condo was perfect for all of our adventures. We had beach access within walking distance and a short trip for shopping and food. We had four adults on the trip and the space was perfect for our group. The cooler was very helpful for all of our day trips around the island!

Great location and near shopping and walking distance to ocean. Property is nice but dated and could use a good cleaning. Comfortable stay, property is nicely cared for and felt safe. Can’t go wrong staying here!

Great location but condo not like picture

Contacted the property manger for early check in and was told that she would contact me. We went by the property to look at it and find the location which we did. One person went to the door just to check it out looked in but never went in and then we left. Later received a call from the manager asking why we left our stuff in the condo, I assured her we did not but she insisted that they told her we did. After trying to assure her several times that we did not she finally hung up. Not happy with that exchange. The bedroom we stayed in had 3 standing fans 1 didn't work and 2 were so clogged with dust and grit they barely moved the air around. The overhead fan worked fine but the light in it would turn on by itself. Twice on separate occasions in the middle of the night and twice on separate occasions during the middle of day, no reason why. The shower in the main bathroom could use some updating. The shower rail was not very clean. We ran out of dish soap and toilet paper which I will say was refilled quickly. There were no kitchen towels or sponges to dry hands or do dishes . The pool area was very nice and the laundry room was clean and tidy. Oh one more thing, what was with the screen door being on the inside of the unit, it made it very difficult going in and out. I'm not sure I would stay in that unit again.

Perfect location. Close to everything!

Our stay was lovely. The property grounds were well kept, pool was clean and grass and trees around were well maintained. The condo unit layout was great, and we were grateful for two bathrooms especially traveling with a baby and a teenager. The only complaint we had was the pullout sofa linens were not clean upon check in, but they have a laundry room on site which we were able to wash and dry them before using. There were a few things that needed repairing but management was quick to respond! Overall, we had a great stay.

Great communicators!

We were a family of four, evacuees from the Lahaina fire. We were desperate for a place to live. All the hotels were booked solid. I finally looked at VRBO. The realtors answered my every question quickly and before I knew it we were in a clean, comfortable condo. It was convenient to everything-a short walk to the beach and calming sunsets, Walk to grocery store, the drug store, the church and numerous restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too. Thanks so much for saving us!
