The property is spacious and has wonderful “swanky” decor. The beds were very comfortable and the VRBO was well stocked with necessities. The location is very convenient (with walkable ease) to get to the various downtown events, dining, and casinos. We plan on returning!!! Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful house! Nice location, excellent host- very responsive. There is street parking during the day, but not able to park on the street at night per signage. Garage is about 0.5 miles away and convenient enough. One car garage in the back, but difficult parking for larger vehicle.

Great place to stay in Detroit! Extremely clean and comfortable. Quiet, safe neighborhood, close to lots of amenities with many in walking distance. Garage parking was a huge bonus. Home well appointed for cooking, relaxing and recharging after a day exploring town. Host was very responsive. Check in and check out super easy. Property well secured.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The photos were very accurate - it’s beautiful! So fun to stay in an old house right in the heart of everything. Well appointed, walkable to loads of things and the property manager was super responsive

Great location for exploring Detroit

Stayed here with friends for a few days in Detroit. Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do in the city. The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Historic and comfortable

The building is beautiful and historic and the unit was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with furniture and cooking utensils/pans/etc. The host was responsive and helpful. It is walkable to Eastern Market as well as bars and restaurants.

Wonderful stay in an amazing building!

Drove in from Chicago with my boyfriend, parents, and younger brother and his girlfriend for a weekend trip. The location was perfect for things we wanted to do during our stay. We were within a quick drive to Belle Isle, Whole Foods, Eastern Market, and a plethora of restaurants. The unit itself was super clean and had all the amenities we could’ve wanted. The ability to park a car in the garage was a very nice touch. Overall, it was nice staying in such a historic and wonderfully restored home.

Amazing upscale condo in the heart of the D!

I bought Usher tickets for my wife in Detroit just after the Super Bowl and spent months looking for the right spot for us to lay our heads down after an amazing night of singing and dancing. Beaubien Estates was the property that I kept coming back to in my searches! The communication from the host was prompt and thorough. All of our login codes were delivered in a timely manner as we made our way to the D. The condo is in a fully renovated mansion from the 1870s and they did a fabulous job with the fit and finish. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and spacious (although the downstairs bathroom could use a lot more light, I was told from the ladies doing their makeup before we departed). The neighborhood is in the middle of gentrification so there are many new luxury condos being built all around. Of course this also means there’s a few homeless people a few blocks away, but that’s to be expected. The location was an easy 10-15min walk to Little Caesar’s area , Ford Field, and Comerica park, plus all the great restaurants and bars you’ll want to explore. This alone was worth picking the property. The other condo neighbors were nice and friendly, obviously knowing we’re Vrboers, and would lend a hand when needed. Overall I would totally stay here again and for longer!! Book this spot!
