Everything was great! The hosts were welcoming, the house was very nice and clean, and the home had all the necessary amenities - we didn’t have to leave to purchase anything! The Big Three car theme throughout the house was a great added touch! We will definitely stay here again! Totally enjoyed our stay!!

A great property that we've stayed at twice now. Clean and well kept, accurate description of everything. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with several restaurants in near vicinity, as well as a small grocery just a block away. The kitchen has plenty of plates, utensils, and pots/pans, and there's a second kitchen with the same. Great spot for 7-8 people, plenty of space and a good layout. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Plenty of parking, can easily park 5 cars in the driveway.

5-Star Stay! What a wonderful stay! My family came together in Detroit for a reunion, and we thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home.The location was perfect for our family activities, primarily off Jefferson, while also making it easy to visit family members staying downtown.Each room was adorably decorated with its own car-brand theme. My husband and I stayed in the Cadillac room, which even featured an image of the car’s patent! We loved the mix of old and new, with repurposed or replicated car parts complementing the industrial/mid-century décor. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed.The home was conveniently located next to a small market that makes fresh sausages. We were lucky enough to enjoy some made that very morning, and they were amazing!Although we planned to order in, the kitchen was so well equipped that we had everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal for our family.Our nearly 100-year-old grandmother joined us and was extremely comfortable. Her first-floor room had a higher bed, and several chairs throughout the home were slightly elevated, making things easier for our senior family members. Those thoughtful touches meant so much.We also loved relaxing on the patio in the warm weather and enjoying the peaceful Grosse Pointe community.Beautiful, comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly located. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is the best place to stay! We came into GP for a family wedding with our children and grandchildren and were so pleased to stay at 912 Nottingham. Plenty of room for 10 of us, comfortable, charmingly decorated with all the amenities. Plus the wonderful basement for our grandchildren(and the adults). Thank you, we'll be back!

Group of 7 guys who travel annually to a new city for a sporting event picked this house and we couldn't have done better. Incredible location, great space, everything updated and like new. Even better the owner was super responsive with every question / need we had. I would easily come back here to stay again if in the area. I couldn't think of one bad thing to say about our experience at this property for the weekend.

Upon arrival, some we're a little nervous. But once we got inside all fears went away. We even had a fight when two guys wanted to stay in the loft...lol. Overall, fantastic place for a stay. Checked every box. Great communication with host and check in/out was a breeze. We came for the NFL game, but will work for any event. Thanks again A&D.

Multi-generation family vacation

We spent a week in Detroit with multiple family members and we were looking for a place big enough to be comfortable for everyone. This house was perfect as everyone had their own room and we had plenty of room to spread out. The location is excellent and easy to get to things around Detroit. The owners are excellent communicaors and promptly answered all our questions.

Annual Fishing Trip

We had a great time at this house. There are 9 beds in the house and there is ample space to spread out. The dining area flows directly into the sitting/living area making it perfect to have a conversation with someone in the dining room. The basement was also a great place to hang out with the pool table and racing games. We definitely had a great time here.
