The Space:

Bedrooms: Five beautifully appointed bedrooms await you, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep and all with sea views. Wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean and stunning views right from your window.
Bathrooms: With 4.5 bathrooms, starting July 26th this will be 5 full bathrooms) there's no need to wait in line for your morning shower. Pamper yourself in our luxurious bathrooms featuring modern amenities and plush towels. Accommodation & Sleeping Arrangements
To ensure the best experience and value, the access to our home’s bedrooms and bathrooms is tailored to the size of your group:
Groups up to 4 Guests
You will have exclusive access to the Main House, featuring:
• 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms.
• Note: Starting July 2026, the Main House will feature 3 full bathrooms.
Groups of 5 to 7 Guests
You will have access to the Main House plus an additional guest room located at the side of the property:
• 4 Bedrooms total and 3.5 Bathrooms.
• Note: Starting July 2026, this configuration will feature 4 full bathrooms.
Groups of 8 to 9 Guests
You will have full access to the entire estate, including the Main House, the side guest room, and the front studio:
• 5 Bedrooms total and 4.5 Bathrooms.
• Note: Starting July 2026, the entire property will feature 5 full bathrooms. Good to know: Regardless of the group size, you will always have the entire property to yourselves. We simply close off the unused rooms to keep things cozy and efficient for you!
Living Areas: Relax and unwind in our spacious living areas, flooded with natural light and adorned with tasteful decor.

There is a AC unit in the living area that also cools the kitchen when you are cooking.
