📸 Booking Requirements
For security, we require a photo and valid driver’s license during the booking process.
We are currently unable to host local residents.

👥 Guest Count & Fees
- Rates are based on your confirmed guest count.
- 7th guest and above are an additional amount, per person, per night.
- Fees are shown in your booking total when you enter the correct number of guests.
- Only registered, paying overnight guests are allowed at the property.
- Please update your guest count before your stay begins. Refunds for extra guest fees are at the host’s discretion.

🔇 Noise & Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Some sound travels between units. If you think noise might be an issue for your group, consider a stand-alone home.
- A noise monitor measures sound levels only—no recording.

We’ve stocked the home with a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably.
- Toilet paper, Paper towels, Dishwasher pods, laundry pods

- $129 non-refundable damage waiver required (covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage)
- Intentional or negligent damage is not covered
- Ozone machine use for strong odors: $500 fee
