Las Palmas est un nouveau projet de condominiums de luxe situé juste au sud de Rosarito, et juste au nord de renommée mondiale Baja Studios (Titanic, Pearl Harbor, Master and Commander, Les Maîtres de l'ombre tout coup à ce studio).

Las Palmas 406 est une belle 2 chambres, 2 unité de bain qui dort six. Las Palmas 406 est SQF 1100, a tout de carrelage en marbre et en bois. Des comptoirs en granit, Dish TV.

La cuisine a tous les appareils en acier inoxydable GE à travers dehors. Micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, grille-pain, cafetière, cocotte, mixeur, four, côte à côte réfrigérateur / congélateur.

Unité a également buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse.

La chambre principale a un roi Californie, TV à écran plat, Master bain avec douche et baignoire à jets.

Chambre a un lit Queen et un lit simple pour les jeunes.

Really relaxing

Just stayed there for the music festival and it was a really nice place! I loved the beachview from bed and hearing the waves at night. Would definitely book again :)

Absolutely loved my stay, the condo was right by the beach! It was beautiful, I had a great time. The wifi didn't really work unless you were right by the gym, but that's okay, I still had a great time. Thank you

We've been here before, but this trip was better, the only thing is that they are working in some condos and it's noisy. Other than that great views and great climate. We'll come back.

Beautiful condo next to the water

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend and we enjoyed our stay. The condo is big and spacious, the patio has a great view of the water, and the master bedroom is huge with a private bathroom. There is a great pool on the main level with 3 jacuzzi's to choose from. In order for the jacuzzi's to work you just have to ask the security guard to turn it on. There are quite a few restaurants to choose from within walking distance of the condo and the cab ride or Uber to downtown Rosarito is about 10 minutes or less. I would recommend getting an Uber instead since the taxis charge a lot to tourists. Beautiful condo to stay at and would recommend to other visitors

This is our fourth time staying in this condo and it's very comfortable with a nice view to the Pacific. It's not as luxury a other condos I've been but it's very well equipped and everything is working just fine.

Great location, beach, pool, view

I looked at a tone of properties before choosing this one because I wanted access to the beach and a nice pool, along with an ocean view. This place checked all of the boxes. Not only is there access to a long stretch of beach but it has great tide pools as well. The pools are nice albeit a little cold. It’s annoying to have to ask hours in advance to have a hot tub heated, but they did it and we enjoyed our soak by the ocean. There’s restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores within walking distance as well. The condo itself was decently equipped. Not the most organized or the cleanest, but it was fine. The view was five stars and the condo had everything we needed. If I could ask for anything more it would be more comfortable furniture on the balcony because I could sit there for hours in a comfier chair.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful clean two bedroom. Two bath apartment. Fully stocked with great views of the ocean. Includes secure parking. Condos brand new has gym and pools and hot tubs. Easy check-in and access to the apartment. Elevators are carded for security. Really nice location out of the hustle of the tourist area. But close to everything.

This property is close to everything, located between Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo. Comforters in small bedroom need to be replaced, other than that everything else was great . This condo comes with everything you need to feel right at home.
