Welcome to The Starfish Sanctuary at The Galvestonian—a spacious beachfront escape where beautiful Gulf views, comfortable accommodations, and the peaceful atmosphere of Galveston’s East End create the perfect setting for your next island getaway.

With approximately 854 square feet of living space, this inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is listed to accommodate up to 6 guests. The bright, open-concept living area is filled with natural light and offers relaxing views of the beach, giving you a comfortable place to gather, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the Gulf.

Step outside onto your private balcony and take in the coastal scenery, feel the Gulf breeze, and enjoy a slower pace of life. Whether it’s morning coffee before heading to the beach or a quiet evening after exploring Galveston, the waterfront setting makes every part of your stay feel like a true vacation.

The Galvestonian is the best condo option on the island! We love staying here and have never had a problem! It is always clean & well staffed. We also feel safe here even with children and teen girls. The Starfish Sanctuary unit we stayed in for this particular trip, was absolutely fantastic! The views of the pool, grill area, green grass, beach, ocean, all of it is just wonderful!! This unit also gives a couple or teenagers their own little ‘area’ complete with beds, closet, bathroom, etc. We would love to stay in this exact home again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The front desk is not there for hospitality, they act as an HOA. Management & employees are very rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. They require you to wear wrist bands throughout your stay - not even required at my country club. This is more of a senior living experience.

Great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautiful! I feel like the Galvestonian always provides great beach front condo options. Our condo needed a couple of fixes; the bedroom curtain did not function leaving one half of the window without coverage and the room with bunk beds had a broken/loose headboard. Those two things did nothing to affect our stay - just mentioning it. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen supplies & clean! It was a beautiful condo and the staff at the Galvestonian are helpful & kind. I always feel safe at the Galvestonian, no mater what I condo I book. Will continue coming back!
