Escape to this unoccupied Farmhouse in rural Bryan, TX. This 3 bed, 3 bath vacation rental is just a 20 minute drive to Bryan and offers all the necessary amenities; clean linens, WiFi, smart TVs, basic cookware, washer/dryer, etc. In addition, this property offers a fun and relaxing patio that includes an outdoor kitchen and fire pit. The unique property also features a 3-horse stall barn and small pasture turnouts. For guests planning on using the horse stalls there will be an additional charge of $45/night/horse. Please leave a comment when booking your stay to let us know if you plan on using the horse stalls; health certificates and negative Coggins test required.

Your safety matters! This is a gated property with keyless entry to the house. The exterior of the property is equipped with cameras that record sound and movement. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces.

Great property

This was our second stay here and we love it. From the cookies to the beautiful property it’s a great place to stay. The property manager is always helpful and communicates quickly. We loved celebrating our Aggie here.

Great place to stay!

This place was awesome. Great entertaining room inside and on the back huge covered patio. We also loved the two living room setup. Teens together in one and adults in the other. Very clean property. Also loved having access to garage for our cars. Very safe location. Will definitely stay again

Aggie weekend

Nice location, quiet and easy to access. Beds and bathrooms were clean; however we noticed a lot of cob webs everywhere and kitchen was not the cleanest. Need to spray and get rid of the “goat heads” weeds that stick to your shoes and hurt when you step on them. There were several patches of these even in the gravel driveway. But overall,, we had a good time and a good stay.

Country Stay

This was our second stay here. So, we liked it enough to come back. :) This place is in the country, so if a quiet place outside of town is what you are looking for, this is great. This time we had a wedding at The Weinberg at Wixon Valley and the location was a short 10 minute drive. What we liked: Beds are comfortable and really clean bedding Roomy - fit 7 of us very comfortably TVs in every room Outdoor space to enjoy Private What we suggest: There is not a lot to cook or dine with in the kitchen. You may want to bring paper plates, cups, seasonings, etc. Would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful spot out in the country

A bit far from Kyle field but a peaceful location out in serene pastureland. Great spot to relax in the country. Very spacious and fully equipped for entertaining with nice seating outside with outdoor kitchen and burn pit.

We loved this property

Our family of 7 enjoyed this house and property—Our kiddos played a ton outside (hide and seek) and enjoyed the spaciousness of the inside of the house. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. The manager was also very helpful and responsive.

Peaceful Country Home for the whole family

Perfect location for 3 generations to celebrate an Aggie Graduation! The back porch was an awesome place to visit and enjoy the peaceful location while we used the pit to cook burgers. Big bonus was that the master bed was extremely comfortable.We would definitely consider staying again.

Perfect getaway spot & close to A&M

This property was perfect. We were in town for Ring Day at A&M but we don’t love staying in CStat, it’s just too busy. This house was only 25 mins from A&M so we could easily drive back and forth. The house is in excellent condition, exactly as described. The property manager was quick to answer any questions. We have stayed at several VRBO properties in the past but this one made things a little more personal. My family was so excited to see the plate of chocolate chip cookies when we arrived. We will definitely book again.
