Enjoy convenience, style, and comfort at this centrally-located brick home. This newly remodeled house near Texas A&M University is sure to please and is stocked with everything you need for a weekend or longer! Enjoy the peaceful porch swing, a fun game of corn hole, and comfortable beds with TV`s in each room. You can walk to many of the areas popular restaurants, sites, and shops! Whatever your reason for visiting College Station or Bryan, you are sure to enjoy your stay at the Eastgate Gem.

Features queen sofa bed, 2 chairs, and a 65` smart TV.

Kitchen & Dining
Fully stocked kitchen and large dining area.

Bedroom 1
King bed, private bathroom, 2 night stands, smart TV, large closet, and backyard access. The folding twin bed is stored in the master closet.

Bedroom 2
Queen bed, 2 night stands, smart TV, and closets.

Bedroom 3
Day bed (twin with pull-out twin), 1 night stand, smart TV, and closets.

Hall Bathroom - full bathroom.

Backyard
Fenced with 6ft privacy fence.

Guests will have full access to the property, with the only exception being the 2 owners` closets in the hall and entry.

Close to Texas A&M, this neighborhood is a safe area with some long-term residents as well as some student rentals.

There are 2 dedicated parking spaces and street parking is available as well.

Our home is K-9 friendly and we allow up to 2 dogs with an additional $50 fee per pet. Please note the backyard fence may have gaps.

A twin-sized folding bed is also provided in the master closet.

We allow up to 9 guests included in the booking fee. Additional guests are allowed at the owner`s discretion with a $25/night fee per guest.

The home was wonderfully clean and cozy! We loved the location and neighborhood, it had easy access to all things in College Station. We will definitely book again in our next trip to College Station!

What a nightmare! The property host texted me 3 hrs before check in that the property had been double booked and that we were going to need to cancel our reservation. You can imagine how upsetting this was considering we were already enroute to college station! I immediately called him and explained that there was no way I was cancelling my reservation as I had had the reservation since Feb 1st. SMH. Needless to say, after researching, the host discovered that I was the original reservation and he sent me the check in code with an apology! Should have offered a partial refund for the terrible communication. That being said the house was great and location was convenient to Kyle Field!

What an awesome home and fantastic location! We enjoyed our stay so much that our daughter and grandkids want to do the exact same thing next Thanksgiving! What wonderful hosts as well. They were quick to answer texts and also very accommodating. We will be back!
