Your home away from home in Buford with 2 bedrooms. This adorable apartment is the perfect retreat for guests seeking a cozy vacation experience. With 2 queen beds, you'll have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Enjoy the fantastic amenities including a community pool, fitness room, AT&T Fiber WiFi, AC in unit, washing machine & dryer, and an iron. Hair dryer. The 2 bathrooms, feature a bathtub & shower, provide convenience and comfort. Whether you're exploring the city or simply unwinding in the cozy living space, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. 2 Bedrooms with 2 full size bathrooms is on the 2nd floor. You will have 1 flight of stairs to reach the unit. There is no elevator.

Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed and private bathroom attached. Bathroom features large soaking tub & Shower combo. Large walk in closet in your master bedroom. Full length mirror. A smart Tv in the bedroom for your downtime.

2nd Bedroom has a queen sized bed with walk in closet. 2nd Bathroom is just outside of the bedroom. Full length mirror included in bedroom 2. A smart tv is in the bedroom for your downtime.

There is a Twin size fold out portable mattress and bedding set for a 5th sleeping area.

Both bedrooms and the living room has a ceiling fan for your comfort.

Community is gated. Property offers a community pool & gym for your use if it’s open during your stay. Gate card will allow access. Close to downtown Suwanee & Downtown Buford areas for dining & entertainment. Mall of Georgia is only 4 miles away. Gas South Arena is less than 9 miles away.
Ashton Gardens in Sugar Hill, is only 4 miles away.

Kitchen is stocked with all items to cook full meals. Full size fridge so you never have to dine out if you prefer. Full size washer and dryer in the unit. There are 5 full sets of towels, hand towels & wash cloths in the unit for your stay.

There is a Ring camera on the front door just to make sure the property is secure and monitor package deliveries.

There is absolutely no smoking in the unit. Extra cleaning fee will apply if this rule is broken. Absolutely No Parties. Please do not move furniture around.

Wonderful experience at this rental. The owner responded to my questions very quickly, the place was immaculate and the beds were plush. I would stay there again and highly recommend this rental if you’re in the Lawrenceville, Ga area.

Great stay

Very easy check in, everything was very neat and clean ! Felt safe at this location, only thing I would recommend is to bring your own towels unless you plan to wash after every use, there was only 3 towels total! Other than that everything was great! The beds are very comfortable and clean ! Will definitely recommend and stay agin !

The property was as advertised. Everything was very clean. The host was accessible and responsive. Simple check in process with clear instructions. The beds were insanely comfortable with wonderful sheets. The host also provided snacks. Wonderful touch. I would have loved to stay longer but my schedule did not permit. The stay was very cozy. It’s a much better option that staying at a hotel.

Weekend visit

The location was great. The apartment complex was clean and well maintained. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors inside the apartment. The checkout process was the easiest I've ever experienced.

We absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO! The apartment was spacious, cozy, and spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of my favorite little perks was the balcony — it was the perfect spot to slip out in the morning and enjoy a quiet cup of coffee. So peaceful and relaxing!The attention to detail throughout the apartment was wonderful. There were thoughtful amenities everywhere, and the kitchen was very well stocked — even with fun little extras like popcorn, which we really appreciated. It was clear the hosts put a lot of care into making guests feel comfortable and welcome.We honestly had such a great experience that it’s hard to mention anything negative, but since we stayed over Thanksgiving and did some cooking, having an oven-safe pan would have been helpful. The only available option was a pizza pan. This was a very small thing and didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared space!

Needed to stay close to Dacula and this was THE SPOT. One of the best VRBOs I have ever stayed in while traveling. Rental is exactly as described. Wonderful place

It’s close to our business and it is right between 3 great downtown areas, Suwanee, Buford & Sugar Hill.

The beds. We wanted the beds to be very comfortable so our guests get a good nights sleep. The guitars are there to inspire maybe a future hobby of guitar playing, since we do own a guitar repair shop & luthier school, it’s a mandatory accessory for any home.
