Welcome to Crystal Tower 809, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, beautifully furnished condo offering breathtaking Gulf views and luxury amenities in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Primary Bedroom – King-size bed, HDTV, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 2 – Queen-size bed, HDTV, and access to the second full bathroom.
Living Room – Sleeper sofa, cozy seating, Smart TV, and sliding doors leading to a private balcony with Gulf views.
Parking – Two (2) parking passes-must be purchased online upon arrival via QR code shown around building.

Parking Process for Renters

Renters must pay upon entering the parking lot or within 30 minutes of arrival via WebApp, online, or by calling a live agent (24/7). No cash accepted.
QR codes for payment will be displayed throughout the property.
Renters can come and go freely after vehicle registration is completed, no physical parking passes are required, registration is tracked via license plate.
Each condo unit has a unique Access Code (provided before arrival) to complete parking registration.
If staying past the original check-out date, a new parking registration must be started via WebApp. No refunds for early departures.

Parking Fee Schedule (Effective April 1, 2025)

Days 1-3: $20 per day
Days 4-7: Free
Day 8 and beyond: $5 per day
Slow Season (Nov–March): Parking is capped at $60 for the entire stay

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Condo is beautiful - like location - adequate dishes, pans, glassed etc. The pools were beautiful, but cold -wish they were heated! would love to come back again. Issue with second toilet not flushing was resolved quickly. The beds were not that comfortable-mattresses need to be replaced. Floors were dirty-that's an issue for the cleaning company.

Perfect location

The condo was amazing and exactly as described. Had everything we needed for a family of 4 plus grandparents. Covered walkway to beach was great! Outdoor pools were a little cold for the time we were there, but the beach and indoor pool were perfect. Only complaint was the shower/tub in the master bathroom didn’t drain very well. Overall a great location and property. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean. Lots of closet and drawer space. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The front balcony, sunrises, and the back balcony, sunsets, were awesome. Multiple pools and whirlpools, sauna, gym, parking, and the sky walk over the road was all excellent. And of course the beautiful white sand beaches!

Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and check-in was quick and easy.The condo was very spacious, nicely laid out, and we absolutely loved the corner unit view. It was also very convenient to walk to both the pool and the beach.There were a couple of areas that could use improvement. While the floors appeared clean, our socks and bare feet quickly became black from walking around the condo. The dryer was also very inefficient—we had to run our towels through three separate 60-minute cycles before they were completely dry.We were also disappointed with the lazy river. It was much smaller than the pictures made it appear. There were no floats provided, which surprised us since every lazy river we’ve visited has supplied them. The current was also very weak, so instead of floating around, you had to paddle yourself the entire way.Overall, we had a great vacation and really enjoyed our stay. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and none of the issues we experienced would keep us from staying here again. We would certainly consider booking this property in the future

Lovely property, the dual balconies are a wonderful treat. Everything was super clean and accessible. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. As a note, the unit doesn't have anything "extra," which is something we are used to in other units in this building - previous renters (or the owners) usually leave a bunch of stuff, ie. spices, oil, beach buckets, etc. This unit is absolutely cleaned of all that stuff. Perfectly fine, just don't expect any random stuff. The property has so many options for water - three pools and an easy, air conditioned walk to the beach.
