Our location is prime and convenient, providing easy access to Orange County's top attractions. Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, pristine beaches, John Wayne Airport, and everything in between are just minutes away. Moreover, you can reach Universal Studios, Los Angeles International Airport, SeaWorld, Legoland, Safari Park, and San Diego International Airport within an hour's drive.

Our property offers two convenient parking spots on our spacious driveway, ensuring you won't have to worry about finding a place to park. In addition, there is plenty of free street parking available, giving you even more options for your vehicle.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

* When you arrive, please enter the house through the front door using the keyless entry system. We'll provide you with a unique access code before you arrive.

* Please note that there is an optional fee of $99 per day for pool heating, which must be paid for the entire duration of your stay. If you choose this option, the pool will be heated to 85 degrees for the entire duration of your stay. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance because it takes time to heat the large pool.

If you decide not to choose this option, the pool and spa water will remain at 70+ degrees, even during the colder months.
* I also wanted to let you know that our pricing is automated and updated frequently based on certain metrics, so we recommend booking now to get the best deal. Waiting may result in an increase in prices later on, and we don't price match.

* We love pets, but unfortunately, we can't allow them on the property. Smoking is also not allowed in or around the property, and we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events here.

* We want you to have a great time during your stay, but please keep in mind that we have installed outdoor noise monitoring devices to ensure that we comply with the city's quiet hours policy from 10pm to 7am. If the noise level exceeds 70 decibels for more than 10 minutes, you'll receive a warning to lower the noise level. If the loud noise continues, you'll be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund.

* Our gardeners come on Wednesday morning and will access the front of the house and the backyard. They will also move the garbage cans from the side of the house to the street for pick up on Thursday. They will not enter the house.

* Our pool guy comes on Thursday morning and will enter the property through the backyard area to clean and service the pool/ spa. He will also bring the garbage cans back to the side of the house. He will not enter the house.

* If you're traveling with little ones, we've got you covered with amenities such as strollers, high chairs, pack-and-play, rocking chairs, and kid dinnerware.

* Please remember to keep the pool gate closed at all times. As there is no lifeguard on duty, you are responsible for the safety of everyone in your group. The host will not be held liable for any incidents.

* As with your own home, things may break occasionally, even though we maintain the entire house frequently. Broken things are not grounds for refunds if we address the issues within 24 hours.

* Guests must comply with the City of Mission Viejo short-term rental rules and the host’s house rules. By confirming your stay, you agree to our Guest Agreement and Safety Waiver covering the use of amenities (pool, hot tub, BBQ, etc.), house rules (no parties, quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM), and general safety.

All amenities are to be used at your own risk, and we ask that children and animals are always supervised. Please don’t tamper with any electrical or hot tub equipment.
