You will have access to the entire home and its surrounding property.
Other things to note
We are renovating and enlarging the main deck on the back of the house which will be a huge feature to add to the river views and elevate the outdoor living experience. The deck is not available in early 2024 but we anticipate it being ready in April.
You can still enjoy the outdoors areas and even the primary suite’s deck.
The home is very tranquil and adjacent to BLM land (Bureau of Land Management) so you will see wildlife and experience peace and tranquility next to the river.
