Récemment construit, situé au centre une maison de lit, niché le long d'une colline luxuriante.

 400 pieds carrĂ©s d'espace intĂ©rieur; Espace porche 360 ​​pieds carrĂ©s; vue du coucher de soleil sur l'eau.

Une courte promenade au village de boutiques, bars, boutiques, restaurants et plages.

Cottage a une grande vĂ©randa en avant, cuisine complĂšte avec nouveau poĂȘle appareils Ă  gaz, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et micro-ondes et grille-pain.

Il ya un lit queen size et un porche arriĂšre avec une vue hamac et de l'eau.

Le chalet est équipé d'une grande unité de AC, Internet sans fil, et smart TV avec Netflix.

Golf panier, vélo, et location de bateaux sont disponibles sur Staniel Cay.

La plage peignage, la natation, la plongĂ©e et la pĂȘche sur et autour de Staniel Cay est fabuleux.

The cottage was cozy and conveniently located. It was well appointed with towels, beach towels, and the necessary toiletries as well as dishes, coffee maker, large refrigerator and whatever else you’d need. The cottage was very clean upon arrival and both Anita and Theodore were easy to contact for any questions regarding our stay.

Loved the cottage. Was perfect for just my wife and I. Very close to the Staniel Cay Yacht Club, liquor store/laundromat, convenience store, and the airport. Loved the option for the golf cart and boat. We had a great time.

The cozy cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Bed was so comfortable! Theo was so helpful with any questions! We rented the golf cart and the boat they offer. If you’re comfortable driving a boat, I recommend doing this! We went to some of the most beautiful beaches and sandbars!

Superb Staniel Cay Getaway

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Cozy Cottage. The island and people were amazing. Anita and Theodore were super friendly ! Couldn’t have been more pleased with our hosts and their cozy cottage. It’s exactly as described! Anita made sure we visited her recommended beaches! So beautiful! Golf cart a must to hop around. Amazing!

I came to Staniel for a quick 2 night stay and this little cottage was perfect! The location is perfect. Super close to the Yacht Club and very convenient. Theodore was incredibly helpful with getting me set up with the golf cart and boat rentals. Overall I could not have asked for a better place to stay. I will for sure be returning. Thanks!

Great Birthday getaway for my Boyfriend

Property is just as described,with wonderful host. Cozy it was with everything you may need . We bought our meals at the local stores and cooked at the cottage. Perfect location for a relaxing vacation!

We had the most amazing time in Staniel Cay! The Cozy Cottage was in the perfect location and Anita and Theodore are the perfect hosts! We rented their golf cart and explored the island. We enjoyed a different beach every day. We were lucky enough to spend 10 days on the island and I wish we didn’t have to leave. We will be back! TY Anita and Theodore for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful Trip

A wonderful experience

This cottage is clean and comfortable. The hosts are very quick to respond and provided transportation to/from airport. It is a very short walk to the Yacht Club for yummy meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to plan another trip to Staniel Cay!

Great location with amazing view!

Cute cottage with a beautiful view. Very convenient location. Anita and Theodore were great hosts with excellent communication. They also have a golf cart you can rent and they made our pick up and drop off a very simple process.

Artist, Wife, Mother of two. After growing up in the smallest state ( Beautiful Rhode Island) , it is only fitting that I fell in love with my Husband, Theodore, who was born and raised on one of the smallest Islands in the world, BEAUTIFUL Staniel Cay.

My family and I LOVE boating, fishing, hiking, and exploring the endless beaches and uninhabited islands of the Exumas Cay. When I am not running our vacation rental, you will most likely find me in my home art studio where I practice the arts of block printing and metalsmithing.
