Booking options:

1.) Full Estate (7-night minimum*)– Sleeps up to 12 guests

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire estate. For the sixth bedroom, guests may choose either the Captain’s Queen Suite or the Detached Private Cottage, depending on their needs, availability, and at the owner’s discretion.

Note: There is no difference in pricing between the two options. Guests may select only one of the two options. Both the Captain’s Suite and the Cottage cannot be used simultaneously. Please contact us with any questions or special requests.

2.) Upper Level (3 night minimum) sleeps up to 8 guests. This self-contained unit has its own private entrance and is ideal for families or 4 couples. It features three king suites with ensuite baths and an option to add a detached Private Cottage: Situated in front of the main house, this standalone unit features a King Suite with a private en suite bathroom. Upper level Amenities include: Arhaus décor, a full kitchen, spacious indoor-outdoor living, and access to a grotto-style pool.

3.) Lower Level (3 night minimum) sleeps up to 6 guests. With its own private entrance, its ideal for families or three couples & features two king suites with ensuite baths, and an additional queen suite with ensuite bath. Lower level amenities include: Arhaus furnishings, a full kitchen, indoor-outdoor living, and a grotto-style pool. Both king suites face the water, creating a serene, sea-level feel.

To maintain the quality and integrity of this luxury property, a $5,000 damage deposit will be placed on your method of payment. Following checkout, once our staff has completed a full cleaning and inspection with no issues reported, the hold will be released within 7 to 14 days.
