• Resort Front Desk Operating Hours: The front desk operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for guest assistance.

• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout time is strictly 10:00 AM.

• Home Week Check-In Day: Saturday.

• Early Checkout Fee Policy: Changing departure date after arrival incurs an early checkout fee equal to 100% of one night's room rate plus applicable taxes.

• Late Checkout Fee Policy: Late departures are based on availability. A $150 fee applies between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM; departures after 2:00 PM incur a fee equal to 100% of the daily room rate.

• Guest Package Policy: Packages accepted up to 5 days prior to arrival. Fees based on size: Category 1 (under 12") $10.00; Category 2 (12"-24") $25.00; Category 3 (over 24") $50.00 receiving/storage fee.

House Rules / Policies

• Late Arrival/No-Show Policy: Guests arriving after midnight must contact the front desk. Unannounced arrivals after midnight (resort local time) will be treated as a no-show and subject to cancellation.

• Credit Card Authorization Policy: A valid credit/debit card and matching photo ID are required at check-in. The card will be authorized prior to arrival for the full stay amount plus a $100 security deposit.

• Strict Non-Smoking Policy: 100% non-smoking property. A cleaning fee of up to $1,000 USD will be assessed for smoking in non-smoking areas. Please check with the Front Desk for designated outdoor smoking areas.

• Strictly No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited from the property.

• Minimum Age Requirement: Primary guest registering must be at least 18 years of age.

• Owners Lounge Access: Please note that only deeded Owners of The Quin, a Hilton Club have access to the Owners Lounge.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
