2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with an outdoor pool and indoor pool, just 4 blocks from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! This condo has recent updates including laminate plank flooring throughout and new mattresses in the bedrooms so you can enjoy a peaceful night's rest after a fun day in the sun! The open living area includes a fully kitchen equipped with all the accessories to accommodate your cooking needs. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two queen sized beds and there is also a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. This condo also offers central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. You'll enjoy the private entrance with private, enclosed courtyard area to enjoy the fresh OC air. There is plenty to do with convenient access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. After a full day of activity and adventure, relax in the living room to stream your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV before bed. The living room and both bedrooms have Roku TVs so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) Please note this condo comes with two assigned parking spaces, is located on the second level and there is no elevator in the building.

This condo is located in Club Ocean Villas II. Along with awesome community amenities that include an outdoor pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and basketball /racquetball courts, you are a few blocks from the beach and just a short walk to all the amenities you need for your stay. The indoor pool is open all year.

*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $105. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

***We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
