My family and I had a wonderful stay!! The property was clean and the home was comfortable. It was good to communicate with the host at any time. It was the right location. I love that they had a welcome bag, the instructions was clear,& the space was just right. I would definitely recommend this vacation home for families 5&up. Nice home!!

Family vacation

Property was very comfortable, clean and had everything you would need available. Quiet neighborhood and nice, clean pool was an added plus. Great communication throughout the visit was a plus. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you for the wonderful stay Seaside vacations.

OC Light

Great stay! Near enough to the beach that it's only a short walk, great amenities on the property too. If you're looking for a place that feels more like you're in a neighborhood than this is the place.

Clean and quiet place

Very clean and spacious apartment with swimming pool just downstairs. The area is very quiet. Many nice restaurants within five minutes drive.

Truly enjoyable

We have stayed at the Tiburon a few times over the years. Each time has been very enjoyable. Great location with plenty of space and love the pool! Look forward to coming back next year!

Adorable condo

This adorable condo was just perfect for a quick beach getaway. Clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. It was great to go to the pool in the evenings. Only downside was the distance from the beach, which we were prepared for, but it was still not a difficult walk.

Great quiet place close to ocean

This was the perfect getaway spot for a long weekend at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and has ample room to relax. The pool on the complex was an added bonus and this condo has pool toys to share. Next time, I would bring a clothes drying rack, as we weren’t allowed to hang out towels on the deck railing, but I don’t blame the owner—that’s a condo rule. I would definitely recommend this place for any friends/family.

Great stay!

We love this location and neighborhood! Nice balcony. Great space for the family/dining area. Wonderful pool. The contact I had the the rental company was one of the best communications I have ever had. Overall well kept. Some carpet and couches were outdated, the floors and shower curtains could of used a once over. But nice decor. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best condos I've rented over the last decade. Teerific location (.8 miles to 139th beach with bike paths entire way). Very large condo with fully equipped kitchen, so nice. Livingroom included 2 large couches and dining room table could sit 8 comfortably. Very large pool behind condo, refreshing. Was pinged a couple times to ensure all was good, given this is a well run condo, they had every amenity figured out. I'd give this place a 5/5 stars. Only very minor issue, didn’t realize condo was on 3rd floor with no elevator (32 total stairs). Still would have rented, just a nice fyi

The rental is a little farther north than we typically stay. Nice and clean. It was really warm inside the rental and during our stay. as the conditioning wasn’t working properly. We did notify the rental company regarding the issue.
