Walking distance to trails, fitness centers, restaurants, bars, shops, and Sloans Lake. Close by attractions Broncos Stadium, aquarium, Red Rock, Ball Arena, Meow Wolf... Fully stocked kitchen dishes, cookware, and cooking basics like coffee, olive oil, and seasonings are provided. Dedicated workspace for working travelers

The space
This basement apartment is freshly remodeled with a stylish mid mod boho theme. Featuring 91 ft. ceilings and 600 ft of living space, full bath, large rain shower, fully equipped kitchen, pour over coffee option, queen size bed and a single fold out couch for 1 additional guest. Guest have full private use of living space and quaint fully fenced backyard space accessible for you and your pup. (owner maintains and access trash through slight chance of guest interaction)
You do live below me. You may hear me and my pup walking around and the occasional bark. Expect to hear the typical living in a basement noise. Like water running m, toilets flushing, and movement. But Iâm a quiet person and rarely have my own guest.
Guest access
Entrance is located in the backyard accessed from the street through the side gate. A clear lighted path and signage has been posted directing you to your guest entrance. Please do not attempted to enter through the front of the home. During winter months snow may be present follow lighted path.
Other things to note
Street parking please observe street sweeping signage upon arrival to ensure proper parking guidelines
Walking Distance to Perry St. RTD Station for those looking to travel without a car.

We are pet friendly but ask that you let us know in advance what type of pet youâre bringing.
-$150 pet fee to cover additional cleaning
I ask that you do not leave pets unattended for an extended period. If you need to leave your pet at home I do offer pet drop in, walks, and feedings. Pets left in the apartment must be non destructive and non disruptive. If pets become an issue your reservation is subject to cancelation.
