Welcome to your home-away-from-home in Denver! This clean, relaxing, and comfortable space is perfect for those looking to enjoy the Mile High City. Our 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit sleeps up to 4 guests with the addition of a convenient pullout couch. It includes one private off-street parking spot, great internet, and a dedicated workspace.

This centrally located unit is in Denver's vibrant Baker neighborhood, known for its historic charm and modern vibe. You’ll be within walking distance of South Broadway’s nightlife, dining, and shops, as well as close to downtown attractions like museums and restaurants. After exploring the city, return to your cozy retreat for a peaceful evening.

If you’re planning a group trip and need additional space, we have another unit on-site that may be available. Let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate everyone in your group.

Baker is a lively, eclectic neighborhood with tree-lined streets, charming cafes, and local art galleries. We live upstairs, and this unit is an extension of our home, thoughtfully designed to be a relaxing and welcoming space. While we prioritize a peaceful environment, we’re always happy to host respectful guests. If you’re seeking a clean and quiet place to stay, we look forward to welcoming you!

Great little spot in the basement of a larger property! Nice and cool on hot summer days, walking distance to places on South Broadway. Would stay again.

We had a great stay in the Baker neighborhood. It's as close as advertised to shops and restaurants and it's also in a quiet few blocks that was perfect for walking my dog and a very short drive from downtown. The apartment was perfect for our stay and was clean and comfortable. The parking was convenient and the owner was very responsive to questions and proactive about communication. We had a fantastic time!

Myself and husband will always hopefstay here when we visit denver. Wonderful accommodating hosts. Beautiful clean apt. Very quiet. Nice backyard for our dog. We loved it and highly recommend this beautiful space. Just like home.

We stayed at this apartment for 3 days while our bathroom was being renovated. It is a basement unit of a larger house. Very cozy and quiet. Nice location close to Broadway restaurants and shops. Grateful to have a pet friendly place including a fenced backyard the dogs can use.

I absolutely loved my stay here, so much I extended it another four nights! The hosts are fantastic communicators and the property is clean, large, private, and centrally-located! The off-street parking is a huge bonus! I’d encourage anyone to stay here! The fenced in back and front yards are great, as well!

This property was so comfortable. I did get confused about entry, but that was all me and being tired from travel. Anytime I needed assistance I was promptly responded to. The home itself was beautiful. The space we rented was perfect for our needs and had all we needed available. It was very quiet and comfortable. The owners even offered the front yard for our dog to use for exercise and rr. I will definitely be staying here again and I am very grateful for the hospitality.
