Imagine yourself enjoying the cool ocean breeze while relaxing on your spacious patio or laying on the soft white sandy beach just steps away. A prime location in a gated resort style community with luxury amenities offered.
This 1388 square-foot 2 bedroom oceanfront unit with bunk area offers an open floor plan and a large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 360 square-foot patio, or walk out directly to the hot tubs, pools, gazebo, tiki hut, games room, fitness center, or the beach! Ground level parking space too! The master suite, with direct access to the ocean front patio, has a king bed, cable TV, a private bathroom with double vanity, shower with glass enclosure and a walk in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, the guest bathroom has a tub shower combo and the living area has built in twin bunk beds and a sectional sofa.

I thought it was very good, it is clean and it is equipped to cook whatever you want, only that there are few towels for a family with children who have to bathe at least twice a day

Our plans with another property canceled on us 3 days before our trip but we found this property luckily! There is nothing we would change! We have a family of 7 plus 1 extra teenager and never felt crowded or cramped. Location: It was great! Not too far from anything. There is a pizza place, ice cream shop and convenient store about 5 minutes walking. All of which we took advantage of and were not disappointed. The condo is right on the beach! Amenities: Being on the 1st floor with kids was awesome! The unit is right by one of the pools and the hot tubs! It has just about everything you need for a day at the beach. There is a tiki hut on property that is super convenient and the mocktails are delicious! My kids loved the on-site arcade and book selection. Customer service: I can't say enough good things about the staff we met! The communication before we arrived and during our stay was extremely helpful! The office staff was very accommodating and very friendly. The property has security present to ensure only those staying at the property use the Amenities. They also enforce parking to ensure all goes well. Each security person we met was customer focused and easy to talk to.Opportunity: Nothing is perfect but it was pretty close! The front door to this unit is right near the dumpster enclosure. Fortunately, we only used the front door once a day to go to dinner. 10 out of 10 recommend this location! Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed Saturday to Saturday and had a great time. Our condo was clean, located on the first floor and felt very safe with onsite security the entire time we were there. Our interaction with any staff was always so pleasant.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in unit 102 which was on the first floor. We checked in on Sunday nite and were evacuated (told to leave) on Wednesday morning because of the impending hurricane. I asked the front desk if there was any way to get reimbursed for the next two days we were supposed to be there. She said she would check with the owners. I called the following Sunday or Monday to see if that was a possibility and she just said no. She didn't even check with the owners at all. I would think we would have gotten at least something since it wasn't our fault we had to leave. She told me that we should have stayed and that they were actually not on the evaclist at all. Anyway, will not stay there again. Rude front desk and place is old and smells like a sewer.

We had an unexpected suprise when we got there and the condo was furnished with beach chairs and even had a couple of boogie boards for the kids. Overall a perfect experience
