The Oaks Unit A: Escape from the hustle and bustle of city life under the Texas Live Oaks in Round Top, TX. This beautifully refurbished property is conveniently located minutes from shopping, restaurants and events in Warrenton (1 mile) and Round Top (5 miles). The completely remodeled former Oaks Restaurant is located on more than a half acre and features two- 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condos with all the amenities. Additional parking available onsite for oversize vehicles and trailers.

Highly recommend this beautiful property nestled underneath several large oak trees. Perfect location for attending any of the RoundTop markets. Host is very attentive to needs.

Great place to stay!

Everything was perfect. The location is great, convenient to Warrenton, Round Top, and La Grange. The property was very clean the furnishings and decor were nicely done. Highly recommend staying here - we definitely plan to!

Great location for shopping at Round Top!

Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Newly renovated and had everything we needed. It is on a busy highway so bring a sleep/sound machine if that is something that bothers you to sleep.

Round Top weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay there, really cleaned, clean restrooms, overall clean rooms! I would highly recommend this property to anybody! 5 minutes from Round Top and 15 minutes from LaGrange.

Round top shopping

Very clean and comfy. Beds were amazingly comfortable and perfect after long day of shopping. Communication with Steve was great and easy. Location could not have been more perfect for our trip. We will be back next year!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at The Oaks. There were 2 of us and we had plenty of room and privacy. Bonus that there are two bathrooms! The property is very new, modern and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is one mile a south of warrenton on the main highway, so it was very easy access to the antiques and flea markets as well as LaGrange which has the closest supermarkets. We had a small lull-behind trailer and there was plenty of room for us to turn around with the trailer in the side area. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely consider staying here again on any return trips.

Great House

The trees on this property are incredible and beautiful view across the road made enjoying the porch even better. We appreciated the convenience to Warrenton and Round Top. The ONLY issue is the road noise. That can’t be helped on a well traveled road. In no way is this a deterrent from staying again. Thank you.

Country Escape A

We had a wonderful time staying at the property. The property and the house were immaculate and supplied with everything you need. There was plenty of parking, as we were able to park two trucks with our boats. 5 minute drive to Lake Fayette and close to all of the Warrenton/Round Top shops. Steve was quick to answer all questions and just a top notch host. We will be back without a doubt. Don’t hesitate, book here with Steve. You won’t regret it!
