If you end up going at night, just keep going! The welcoming signs showed us right where to go and put us at ease. The house was so sweet, clean, and exactly as you'd hope. The deck was very cute under the lights in the evening after a long day of shopping. Thanks so much and God bless!

Simply fabulous!

We absolutely love staying here! From the moment you walk in the door you feel like a welcomed guest. The hospitality from the homeowners is really incredible! The home is very clean, well stocked, great layout for family or friends. Highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

We had a great visit to Round Top and this was a clean and cozy place to stay after a long day of shopping. The home was very clean and they had great fluffy, soft towels. Would definitely stay again!

Great house close to Round Top

Communication was great with Paul. He and his family live right next door which made us feel very comfortable. House is well stocked and very clean. Perfect location close to Round Top. Quiet and serene. Will definitely stay here again next time we come down!

Great Girls Weekend

We were looking for the perfect place to stay for a girls’ weekend in Round Top and this was it ! The cabin was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The layout is great and we loved sitting on the porch and drinking coffee in the mornings. The hosts were super nice and very hospitable - can’t wait to stay here again !

The Most Adorable Cottage

We came up for Round Top at the last minute, and this house popped up. It’s the perfect layout for two people or four if need be. Each bedroom has its own sink with a shared bath in the middle. The design is perfect and the host even provides snacks, coffee, etc. we will definitely be back!

Cute, cozy, and accommodating!!!

This place was so adorable!! They truly thought of everything when putting this place together. Coffee, makeup towels, a vanity for the girls, etc. we loved it and will likely stay again in the future. The hosts were quick to respond and kind. :)

This cottage exceeded our expectations. Very clean and plenty of room. The owners have thought about every little detail. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Round Top.

Sister trip

My sister and I stayed at this perfect little cottage for our get-a-way to shop at Round Top. The cottage is so cute and clean with beautiful scenery. It had plush towels, good coffee and tea, and it was very comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Girls Trip

Floor plan was great for a four girls trip. The place was clean & had no trouble reaching host to ask questions. Host was accommodating. Nice quiet country place. Would staying.

Wonderful Property

We loved the cottage. It was pristine and nicely decorated. Also nice having a blow dryer handy, which I didn't see as listed in the amenities. A few comments to the owners...a mention on your listing that the coffee maker is a Keurig with pods. We weren't able to use the coffee we brought & would've brought a French Press. Loved the hot water kettle though. We did struggle with the wifi and our hot spot didn't work either. The remote for the air conditioner might need new batteries. It was a bit chilly and the remote wouldn't adjust the temp. Easy fixes. We would enjoying staying here again. Thanks!

Beautiful property that is close to Round Top shopping. Hosts went above and beyond what is expected to accommodate us. The cabin is a new build that is immaculately clean, and a very peaceful place to stay.

Fabulous Home close to MTB Trails!

Our family of 4 loved our time at this home! It's beautifully and thoughtfully decorated making it a great home away from home. Communication with the owners was fantastic and they were very warm, friendly and hospitable! Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need; beds are comfortable and little details like a welcome basket with waters and snacks made us feel right at home. We will definitely return!

Met in high school, married after college and 5 kids later still lovin' life! Love this area with the tall pine trees as it reminds us of Virginia where we grew up. We love experiencing new adventures together from running, mountain biking, traveling and serving our local community. Kelli is a full time mom and volunteer in several organizations and Paul serves at a local Christian camp.

After living in the area for 9 years we finally found this gem of property tucked in the woods. We have cleared it just enough for our family home and to build this cottage. We love serving people and hope this place becomes a time of refuge from daily life or a hub for local adventures antiquing in Round Top or mountain biking at Bluff Creek Ranch.
