Waterfront Home with 1 Bay Boat Lift/Slip and 1 smaller boat stall close to The Fishing Center. Four guests max for this 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo right on the water. Smell the Salty Air as you enjoy a huge covered deck over the canal. Perfect for a couple or two couples or family or buddies on a fishing get-a-way. Book early and often this will be one of THE places to reserve. Wifi, Streaming TV, Giant ground level breezeway will make you want to stay a month at this gem. 3G Condo will be hard to beat!

This unit IS NOT pet friendly.

​​​​​​​Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries (shampoo), beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.

Great stay

Perfect place to stay for our fishing trip. Location was great. Communication with host was excellent. She was willing to let us reschedule due to weather but we took a chance and it turned out great. Great place to stay! We would stay here again.

Place was nice but only two beds and almost no parking. Ran out of hot water after one person showered. Good for a couple who fishes.

We’re always here to help—but only if we know there’s a problem! We encourage all guests to contact us immediately with any concerns during their stay so we can address them promptly. Since we didn’t receive any notice about a hot water issue, we had no opportunity to resolve it for you—something we take seriously. As for the sleeping arrangements and parking, the 3G Condo is clearly listed as having two bedrooms with two beds, and the listing includes detailed photos and descriptions. We do our best to ensure guests know exactly what to expect before booking. This property is best suited for small groups or couples, especially those looking to fish and enjoy the area. We’re always happy to help guests choose a property that suits their specific needs—just give us a shout before your stay so we can point you to the perfect fit!

We enjoyed staying here. House clean and furnishings were nice. Even the beds were comfy/had nice mattresses, which is unusual for rentals lol. It’s a great central location to town and very convenient being on the water. We used the slip for our boat without any issues. It was nice to have our boat right there on the water and to come and go as we please. Only down side is there isn’t enough parking our front. So you can keep your trailer on site with you. The rental office did offer to let us leave our boat trailer there though… so there is a solution if you’re ok with that. Overall great place and we will back.

Perfect Fishing house made for a perfect vacation.

We loved the house. It’s on the water and easily accessible. The house is very unique to us because the boat lifts are under the house which was perfect for keeping gear dry, early morning rigging up in the dark, and a big plus is the 3rd bathroom especially with ladies on the boat. Literally you can be fishing with in minutes of getting in the boat. The location is also perfect, reasons being it’s 200 yards from poc fishing center and centrally located. The customer service was also outstanding. We will book this house again If avaliable. This house is one of my favorite places we have stayed in Poc.
