Skywalk Flats Downtown Condo is a premium 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat perfect for up to eight guests. The living area boasts large windows framing mountain views, vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen Smart TV for entertainment. The kitchen features large marble counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the necessary equipment to keep your group happy and well-fed. Seating for four at the dining table and four at the counter ensures everyone has a place to gather.

This condo was wonderful! Parking was easy , the condo was laid out thoughtfully, the beds were amazing, it was a little noisy in the bedrooms just because it’s on a corner street but night time was quieter than daytime. The views were spectacular very easy to get to and it had everything you needed! Great spot I would rent here again in a heartbeat. The two rooftop hot tub tubs were amazing too!

Fantastic property in perfect location

The unit was the best equipped property we have had the pleasure of booking. The property was very comfortable for our family of four and was walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. The furnishings were superb, and the property was well maintained. Highly recommend.

It’s a beautiful condo with modern features. I just with there had been more shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms for the price the rental was.

Nice accomodation

Beautiful condo (especially love the large round table for family gatherings) and service was quick to respond on text. Two small issues were that 1) none of the shower heads were detachable i.e. Not kid friendly 2) I wish they would give two keys since we had two 8 people just to give us some flexibility on entering and leaving. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!

Nice place but the heat needs work.

Great location, very nice place. However, the heat didn't work. There was no correlation between the thermostat & the actual heat. Every morning & evening it was cold in the place. Contacted the property management company twice during the week but it never got fixed. The master bedroom overheated beyond what the thermostat was set to, with a couple evenings it got over 80 degrees in the afternoon. The one bedroom with the bunk beds never heated up over mid 60 degrees the whole week we were there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely apartment! Very spacious and clean. Loved how close it was to where we needed to be, and was a short walk to the venue for the wedding we were attending. Hot tub was great as well. Only negative was the apartment is right above the bus station so it got pretty loud in the rooms starting at 6am. There is also no ac, but as long as there is no smoke from fires in the area (unfortunately this was the case for us on the last day), and you are okay with street noise, just open up the windows and it cooled down pretty quickly.
