THIS HOME:
Our 1 bedroom apartment is a spacious stay with a sitting area in the bedroom. This apartment is on the front of the property with ample free street parking in front. It comes with a comfy queen bed and eat in kitchen.

You are a short walk to many shops and restaurants including Cotton & Rye, Perc Coffee, Tequilas and Tacos and more.

The laundry with new washer and dryer is inside in the entry way closet.

When you arrive at the house you will can enter through the front door with keyless entry codes. Once inside, You can enjoy, relax and make yourself at home. Then come back out and make your way to the porch and enjoy the breeze.

Inside you'll find a fully stocked coffee bar. We provide specialty ground coffee roasted by Good Citizen exclusive to our Kindred guests. We provide tea. Some creamer and sugar available.

The kitchen is also stocked to cook almost any meal. We include all of the pots and pans, measuring cups, mixing bowls, and utensils to cook to your heart's desire. It's equipped with a full size refrigerator and freezer, oven, and range.

Our bathroom has all the essentials you need to get you started: including soaps, shampoo and hair dryer.

The whole place is yours to enjoy! It comes with free, accessible on street parking, and laundry. You are close to Forsyth park, Thomas Square neighborhood, Starland district, and the rest of downtown Savannah and Tybee Island is only a short 30 minute drive. Our smart TV comes with YouTube TV subscription and can login to your streaming apps.
Other things to note
We provide enough to get your stay started. There is specialty coffee provided by Kindred House and roasted by Good Citizen for drip brew along with Body wash, shampoo and conditioner also provided to begin your stay.

Kitchen is fully stocked to cook at home.
