De la vue extĂ©rieure trompeuse, vous ne devineriez jamais que dans les escaliers, vous seriez accueilli par un charmant et chaleureux appartement de deux chambres! Le salon est en haut des escaliers avec une Ă©norme tĂ©lĂ©vision connectĂ©e Ă  Ă©cran plat de 45 pouces, un canapĂ©-lit queen-size et un fauteuil inclinable. Les fenĂȘtres de lucarne illuminent la piĂšce et laissent entrer la lumiĂšre naturelle ajoutant Ă  la sensation d'ouverture chaleureuse dans un petit espace contradictoire. PassĂ© le salon est une salle de bain avec douche / baignoire. La salle de bain a une porte vers la chambre principale qui a un lit king size. Les draps blancs, les meubles en bois et la lumiĂšre naturelle des fenĂȘtres rendent l'espace propre, accueillant et frais. Deux placards et une autre tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat sont Ă©galement dans le maĂźtre.

La deuxiÚme chambre est équipée de deux lits jumeaux, d'une commode et d'une armoire complÚte. Il a également une télévision à écran plat de son propre pour l'intimité du reste de la maison pour se détendre. La cuisine est juste autour du coin qui a tous les appareils à jour, y compris une laveuse et une sécheuse à chargement frontal. Four complet et lave-vaisselle, évier profond en acier inoxydable et beaucoup de rangement.

Les planchers de bois franc sont partout dans la maison et de nombreuses fenĂȘtres illuminent l'espace avec de la lumiĂšre naturelle. Chaque chambre dispose d'un ventilateur de plafond et de nombreuses options d'Ă©clairage. Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, le propriĂ©taire a fourni deux vĂ©los pour des promenades dans le parc Forsyth qui se trouve Ă  une rue. Parfait pour une journĂ©e de frisbee ou un pique-nique relaxant avec vos amis et votre famille. Cet appartement est dans le meilleur emplacement, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du parc et Ă  proximitĂ© des cafĂ©s, des Ă©piceries et Ă  distance de marche du centre-ville. Il y a aussi un parking pour deux voitures, un luxe dans cette ville! C'est une unitĂ© parfaite pour rĂ©server un week-end ou pour faire votre location rĂ©guliĂšre ici en savane. There were several minor issues that is causing me to leave my first negative review. Overall it looked as listed. There was a heavy smell of dampness/mold throughout (and a strong plug in air freshener scent that didn’t cover it - just added to the smell). There was a very large, loud running dehumidifier in the living room that was hard to talk over, but we kept it running due to the wet smell. We emptied it once to twice daily (the alarm when full woke us the first night). No windows open to help with the smell. Not sure all the air vents worked in the bedrooms, so we had to keep the bedroom doors open to keep the proper temperature (they got very hot during the day but cold at night). There was a running fan in the living room (in addition to the dehumidifier) - and maybe that was supposed to help with the air circulation. There was no communication about either. We couldn’t log into the main tv, but we brought a bedroom tv into the living room and that worked. We started to take the bikes out, but a tire was flat and they’re not in great shape. There was a pump, but we didn’t try. No garbage bags in the drawer labeled “extra garbage bags.” The clothes washer had a gooey black substance inside the door I cleaned before we did a load. One of the single beds was not level, so my daughter slept on a slant. Street noise can definitely be heard in the bedrooms - but the loud running dehumidifier helped mask the traffic sounds. Unfortunately I would not stay here again.

The apartment was all that the host stated - closed to downtown, ease of parking, great instructions for arrival, safe entry and departures. Truly walking distance to most all you need while visiting. A couple notes - nothing bad:1) it would have been great to have a little bit of coffee in the apartment for the first morning there. 2) Kleenex's would be helpful3) The twin beds creak something awful and could be heard in the other bedroom - maybe tighten the frames up and oil them?

Great location and easy check in process. There were two negatives: 1.The two twin beds squeak extremely loud. Any time you turn or move on them it is very very loud which does disrupt the other person sleeping in there. 2. The shower is very particular in how to get the hot water. You need to pull the knob all the way out and turn it all the way to the left. This is confusing because when you’re waiting for the water to warm up if you hadn’t turned the faucet all the way left, but only 3/4 left, It’s actually ice cold water and it gets warmer as you turn it to the right, but the actual hot water for a shower has to be when the faucet turns all the way to the left, which they did not do a good job of explaining so we ended up taking cold showers the first day

It's a very noisy area and because of all the air conditioners they have in the windows you hear everything on the street. The place needs a good deep clean. Like sweeping and mopping under and behind all the furniture. The washer needs to be cleaned as it has black mold in it. Check out was not easy.

This space was perfect for our family. It had enough room for everyone to sleep plus space for friends to drop in to visit my daughter on her birthday. Quick drive to everything and even walk distance to most. Great space, highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay with parking! Perfect for our family. Loved the beds, so cozy. The rooms were bigger than we expected too. The kitchen has a surprising amount of counter space. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. Could not hear anything from the laundry mat down stairs. We’re not from the south and don’t have to deal with humidity so the only problem we had was we didn’t know we had to pour out the dehumidifier about every 12 hours no big deal, but it was a surprise to us, but I figured it out once the air wasn't working too well. The air conditioning worked extremely well once we figured out the dehumidifier situation. Wonderful place to stay with parking!!!

It was a perfect location!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was in a perfect location close to grocery store, Forsyth Park and walking distance to most everything else. The apartment was large enough to accommodate our needs and had eveyrhing you need for your stay. The off street parking was great as well. This will be my go to place in the future when visiting Savannah.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not gonna lie, it was a little toasty at first, but we quickly found the dehumidifier, emptied it, turned it on and left for the day. When we got back it was SO much cooler and we didn't have any issues with being hot. The location makes it SO easy to walk anywhere in the park/historic/river districts. We were never concerned for our safety while staying here and the parking was great. It is perfect for a small group of people, weekend getaway, or even for a small family. When I did reach out about a towel rack falling, the company was very quick to email me back and very professional. No complaints from us!

Location was great. A lot of construction noise and street. Unit met our needs although refrigerator was out did have a small refrigerator unit we mafe it work. Unit needs to be updated some fresh paint would go a long way.

This stay was neither the best nor worst for me. The apartment is small and cute. Could it use some work and some upgrades? Absolutely. The location is fantastic and is one of the main reasons we booked it. There is a Kroger less than a block away which was also very convenient (and turned out to be a lifesaver for ice and cold things). The management company was responsive and nice, parking was fantastic, and check-out procedures were the easiest I’ve ever had. Negatives: The refrigerator was broken on Friday when we got there. Initially we thought it just needed some time to cool down from being shut off or something, but that was not the case at all. We drove from NC so everything we brought that needed to be refrigerated didn’t make it, nor did our delicious (and expensive) leftovers from dinner. The next morning, I let the management company know, and I was told they already knew about the problem. NOT OK. They knew ahead of time and never bothered to tell us OR solve the problem ahead of time. After I got upset by that, they offered to bring a mini-frig. It was delivered quickly, and that was a nice gesture. However, it should have already been there since they knew the main one was broken. It took a few hours to cool down so it wasn’t really useable until Saturday night. We left Sunday. I understand this isn’t a show-stopper, but it was very annoying—especially for the price we paid. Frankly, we’d have booked a hotel, but we wanted a kitchen.

Spring break getaway

We spent 3 nights here for a quick getaway. The property is conveniently located and just a few mins walk to Forsyth Park. Property was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great space and location!

Loved the location next to the park and the Kroger. Historic Savannah is always so nice and it was a great trip with a home base in a cozy loft apartment space.
