Private family retreat on ten acres of remote oceanfront ranchland, with locked gate and private access to stunning scenic beach. Two-bedroom family home newly refurbished inside with new flooring, appliances, gas-fueled fireplace, TV, and high speed WiFi. Perfect retreat for small family groups, writers, work or study from home. Pretty garden opens onto grasslands, ending at rugged switchback trail leading to wide, wild, sandy beach. Beach privately owned to median high tide line.

The house is convenient to Highway 1, and a terrific, full-service grocery store is only 3 miles away. Access to the beach requires hiking ability, and the abundance of wildlife (including puma and coyote) makes it unsafe for pets.

It is our vacation home and a much-loved retreat for the extended family.
