This was a very reasonable studio apartment space right in the heart of Waikiki. If you're goal is to come to Honolulu and live the night life, do some big city shopping and be in walking distance to everything, this is your spot! Unfortunately, for my family the location lent to far more noise than we would have preferred including trash trucks waking the whole family up at 4am! The pull out couch is really only suitable for 1-2 small to medium sized children. Would not recommend adults try to sleep on this. The small pool was empty the couple of times we went. The food scene that is walking distance from the unit is vast! Parking spot included was great for our rental car and easy to use.

UNSANITARY CONDITIONS & UNACCEPTABLE HOST RESPONSE - AVOID THIS PROPERTY Our party of 4 booked a 4-night stay but the conditions were so unhygienic that we suffered extreme anxiety, lost an entire day of our Hawaii trip dealing with the fallout, and felt forced to vacate after just one night to stay at a separate hotel. 1.Cockroach Infestation: We found live cockroaches inside the unit. When confronted, host Matt explicitly admitted that the building manager had pest control treat the common areas just the day before we arrived. Despite knowing the building had an active pest issue, he rented the unit out anyway, then BLAMED our party for bringing them in.2. Broken Amenities: The sofa bed was completely unusable—it was deeply uneven, sank to the frame, and had metal mattress springs poking through the fabric into our backs. The shower knob was loose and broken, completely cutting off our hot water.3. Hidden Fees & No Support: We were hit with a mandatory insurance damage fee despite the unit being delivered to us in a broken, sub-standard condition.After checking out early due to these health hazards, both the host and customer service completely stopped communicating and ignored our emails. They spent an entire day avoiding our refund requests and only finally responded when warned them I was filing a complaint with the BBB. Even then, they only issued a partial refund and sent final warning to give my remaining refunds. Save your money and health. do not book here.
