Avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes, ces maisons en rangée au rez-de-chaussée sont une merveilleuse base pour vos vacances. Cette maison est décorée dans des tons chauds et des couleurs tranquilles, offrant une atmosphère élégante et relaxante.
Le salon et la salle à manger s'ouvrent sur le patio grillagé. Les portes-fenêtres coulissantes mènent à une véranda confortable et couverte avec une vue magnifique et aucun voisin arrière! Le salon dispose d'un mobilier confortable et d'une immense télévision à écran plat, avec câble étendu et Internet haut débit gratuit. La cuisine entièrement équipée est ouverte sur les principaux espaces de vie. Tous les draps, serviettes, ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle sont fournis.
Le maître a un lit king size, une télévision murale à écran plat et une salle de bain complète avec une douche à l'italienne. Cette chambre est située à l'arrière du condo, ce qui en fait une suite privée et relaxante. La chambre queen a également une télévision à écran plat. La troisième chambre a un jumeau sur un lit superposé double. Ces chambres partagent une salle de bain.

Had a great stay. The Property management co was fabulous and so responsive (Paradise). Close to Disney. Property was quiet and suited us well. Loved it was all one floor with no stairs.

Great family spot

We were able to have a separate bedroom from our kids and our parents so that everyone had their own space to rest and recoup while we hit the theme parks hard. The pool was a great relaxing option for when we weren't out and about. Will come back.

Great Stay!!

Great stay! Great communication. Beautiful condo. We were there for a quick trip to Universal and Epcot so we didn't use any amenities but the pool looked refreshing. The grounds are well kept and we felt safe our entire stay. Close to food and shopping!

We had an excellent stay! The location is so close to the Disney parks, and we loved being so close to Walmart so we could pick up any essentials we needed within short walking distance. The beds were comfortable, but very high up so if you are short, it could pose problems being able to get into and out of the bed comfortably. Also, the lockbox was very high up and posed a problem for us, but Angie was very helpful when we reached out about it. I highly suggest the owner invests in getting a keyless entry lockbox, for ease for their guests. Overall, really good stay. I wish there was a sidewalk that went around the lake. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub, and location was best feature!

Nice place

We had a different VRBO owner cancel on us a couple weeks before our trip. Found this one and was satisfied. We really enjoy staying at Oakwater. It is a solid place with our type of crowd. Oakwater is more quiet than many places around.

PERFECT

I could not have more pleased with my stay here ! A group of my friends and myself had our VRBO cancelled last minute on us and Angie was AMAZING at helping us book her place just the night prior to arrival! The space was beautiful and so clean! Honestly the pictures didn’t do this place justice it was just so lovely !! Definitely would stay here again ! Thank you so much !!

Everything was beautiful in the home and we all enjoyed ourselves.

The house was so beautiful and everything was nice. The kids enjoyed the pool and other amenities and what was so great we got to stay right next to a walmart. It was last minute but Oakwater came through for me and my family. Thanks for everything.

Winter vacation

Very convenient location close to amenities. But not a clean accommodation. Concerned for what cleaning was actually done between guests. Left mid stay due to concerns with cleanliness and possible black mold. Advised of this and was told we should have advised earlier. Do not believe it is the responsibility of the guest to complete the check of cleanliness quality once arrived.Would not recommend this location in its current state

Thank you for taking the time to review our home Dave. It is unfortunate that you did not contact us with your concerns until you decided to cut your stay short after more than three weeks in the property and were looking for a refund for the time you decided not to stay. I note from your communications with us that you did not actually see any black mold in the home, you just suspected it. We have had the home inspected since your stay and there is no evidence of black mold in the home. As far as cleanliness, each home is cleaned after each guest and then is inspected for cleanliness as well. Is it possible to miss something? Of course it is, however, we are happy to return immediately to rectify such issues. While it isn't the responsibility of guests to check cleanliness, if they find anything that does concern them, we cannot fix it for them if they wait for 3 weeks (after they have left) to tell us about it. I note that this home has had 21 five star reviews and 3 four star reviews prior to your stay, many of them mentioning how clean the home is.

Clean and nicely furnished.

The condo was in the best location of all in the resort. Less than 60 feet to the pool, hot tub, and club house which were all very well maintained. Also close to the lake. We pulled three bass out of the lake so if you are into fishing it's a nice way to spend some quality time with your family. The most important part was the condo itself. The photos are exactly what it looks like. Super clean and nicely furnished. It was exactly what we needed for our 18 day stay. A quick 3 minute drive to restaurants and about 20 minutes to Disney and 25 to Universal. If you want to see all of the attractions but be in a quieter area this is the place.

Great stay

Overall very great stay! The condo did have a moth ball smell, but we just let it air out a bit and it got better. We had a small issue the first night with internet, but it was resolved very quickly by the manager. We had a great week and love staying at Oakwater! The location of this unit to the pool is the best and made it very easy to go back and forth with kids.

Lovely unit. Well equipped. Great stay.

This is our 4th time to stay in Oakwater. This unit is one of our favorites. The unit was clean, well equipped and the proximity to the pool cannot be beat. Previous years we would leave regretting we didn’t go to the pool more. This unit you walk out the back door and you’re at the pool. We used the pool so many more times this trip because of that. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook with. No problem finding what you needed. Master shower is wonderful. Beds are comfy. Two adults, a teenager and an 8 year old stayed in the unit. Tons of room to spread out and unwind. Each room has a tv which is nice. This unit seemed more private than any of the other ones we ever stayed in. It must be very well insulated because one day there was loud music playing at the pool you couldn’t hear a peep inside the condo. I never heard anything from a neighbor either. The community itself is very quiet. The ladies at the office are helpful. Here is a travel tip or warning: Early May I booked & paid for a different unit that was very similar to this one. Bunkbeds, close to the pool, ground floor etc. July, slightly over two weeks before we were due to takeoff, I get a note from the owner they’ve canceled my reservation because they overbooked and did not know I had paid. This is despite exchanging emails in May confirming payment. It was clear they were able to rent it for more days if they canceled our reservation. If you don’t stay in a unit you can’t review it. The owners can cancel at any time. So someone can do this and you would never know this reading their reviews. To summarize, confirmed reservation, paid for the unit. 10 weeks later they canceled it. I had no recourse. They refunded after holding our money for 2 months, they had zero obligation & absolutely no reason to not to do it again. Never-mind we could have been totally out of luck finding a place for the length of stay. The unit I refer to is: vrbo property # 3166276ha “ 3 Bedrooms professionally decorated 1808 Sq ft townhome Sleep Up To 11” It worked out. We were torn for a couple of days between this unit we stayed in and the one that was canceled on us. It was a nominal $ that made us choose the first one in May. It was one of those fate or meant to be things that this unit was still being open so close to our trip. In closing, I would highly recommend this unit. We are coming back soon & I plan on seeing if it is available as our first choice.

Very nice place to stay. Will be staying there again and will recommend to anyone. Only problem was the tub was backed up twice. Also the front door has a gap at the bottom that welcomed unwanted guess.

Comfortable stay

Check in and out was easy. You are close to shopping and Disney resorts. Property was pretty clean. There is thicker dust on the master bedroom ceiling fan that needs to be cleaned. When we turned the fan on a small piece fell on the bed. In the master the bathroom rug had some dirt on it. And behind the master headboard when I plugged in my electronic device there was a receipt from Popeyes from a previous guest. We love to stay in a VRBO so we have space to spread out. Everyone had their own rooms which was great. The bedrooms have mini blinds and not curtains so the light does come in. Beds are comfortable and shower was great. It was a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. Walmart is very close and you can walk there if you would like. We didn’t have time to use the pool unfortunately. I would stay here again and recommend it. Hopefully cleaning crew can step up their game then I would give it 5 stars.

Great Experience and Stay

This was my first time using VRBO. To start, the property and apartment itself was clean! We were just steps from the pool and playground which was great since we have kids. The apt was a perfect size for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). It was great being able to cook (save money and healthier) and do laundry (didn't have to pack as much clothing). It was a great experience and I would definitely do a VRBO again!

Great Location, perfect for kids

The renting process was very easy and straight forward with excellent communication with the property manager. The house is exactly as described and probably better. It was a perfect location in a gated community with very little traffic. It is located within site of the community pool and playground and is very safe for kids. I would recommend it 1000% and plan on staying there again on later trips.

Amazing but some bugs

the property was great and it was just the right size for our group. we went to disney for the weekend and it felt like going home everytime we were done at the parks. (it was really close to disney too) There were some bugs in the townhome. Spiders in the bunk room beds and some cockroaches in the master bathroom, but besides that it’s a really nice stay.

We will be back

Perfect size for our family and close proximity to all the Disney parks. Very clean and comfortable. Having a Walmart right next door was extremely helpful even though it's the busiest one we've ever been to. Overall we will remember this property and use again.

Linens not changed

The place looked nice, but when we pulled back the blankets we noticed the sheets had not been changed on any of the beds. I spoke to Angela about it and she had someone come out to correct the problem.

Although we did make arrangements to fix this for you, we found that the linens had been washed, however, were put back on the beds while still damp, so appeared to be wrinkled and slept in. Rest assured, all linens are cleaned between guests, however, if there is a concern, guests can always contact us and we will do our best to fix any issues identified.
