Excellent

We spent several nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed and the Peace Vacations team was courteous and very responsive to our requests. The Huntington Beach State Park pass was fantastic, and the location of the pool directly across the street was so convenient! We will definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd year staying at this property. We could not ask for better. Clean and cozy.Enjoyed using the parking pass for the beach and the pools.Being on the first floor is definitely a plus for bringing in groceries and the back door on the porch is helpful when grilling.

Check in easy! Location good. Typical VRBO supplies bad. Cleanliness could have been better. Ceiling fan in living area did not work. Sofa sleeper not comfortable. Everything else great.

Good

Excellent accommodations--unit was clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. We enjoyed that part of things thoroughly. Ad said "free pass to state park"--that wasn't provided. And ad indicated pool right out front, but security told us to leave because we didn't have a wrist band. I think if you cannot access either of those items, then I wouldn't advertise them in the posting. Overall nice place, however, so I would recommend it as long as you plan to stay inside the whole time.

Cara, We want to extend our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent stay with us. We strive to provide the best possible service, and it is regrettable that we fell short in this instance. To clarify, we do request that guests notify us of any pool bands/passes they may need prior to check-in, as these are not typically left in the unit due to their loss. We also sent an email outlining this policy when you requested these items the day before your check-out. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused and would like to make it right. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a discounted stay for your next visit with us. Please let us know if you would be interested in this offer, and we will be happy to assist with the arrangements. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back soon.

.

Clean, well stocked. The fan in living room didn't work but not an issue. The fan on patio had pull string wrapped around it. Didn't need it but thought you might need to know. The bed skirt in mater room wasn't on properly. It was laying several inches on the floor. The shower curtain was only hooked on the rings in 5 of the holes. It was like someone didn't know how to snap the rings in place. Not a problem but just FYI. Neither of these were an issue with us. Very pleased with our stay and the amenities.
