Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Condo itself was GREAT. Staff and parking Awful. I will never stay at this condominium again not because of the host, but because of the staff in the parking.

Cute place!

Very clean place with the perfect ocean and pool view! Not a far walk to the beach and we didn’t have terribly long elevator wait times. The property is very secure, wrist bands and required and checked at every gate. Walking distance to pineapple Willy’s. The only negative thing I will say is the parking garage situation. Very tight garage with small designated spaces. Other than that no issues!

Lost Potential for 5 Stars

After half an hour searching for our parking spot that we assumed was on the 9th floor, I called and was told it was on the top floor. Making this known upfront would be recommended. Then, there was a scaffold on our parking spot.. Was told to park in yellow spots. Not having an assigned spot made parking even more frustrating.Washer and dryer didn't work properly. After reporting the issue and researching myself, I discovered that the door to the washer was not aligned properly. With effort and patience I was able to wash a few loads. However the dryer never worked. I reported on a Tuesday. I kept having to reach out every day when no one showed up each day. Friday someone came and said it wasn't fixable. We had to wait several days to find this out and I only was told after I reached out again for an update. The option to wash and dry on another level was not easy. I am recently widowed and had four young children. I couldn't leave them to wash clothes and felt it was best to just take the kids a laundry mat where I could wash and dry in one trip. In the mean time, our clothes had to stay laid out all over the living room furniture to dry under the fan as we were at World Series and uniforms had to be washed daily. It was just chaotic. We should have never had to wait that long to get an answer or a solution to the issue. The inconvenience took a lot of time out of our stay as well. Washer was also full of mold/mildew. I have a video that shows the extent. Can't upload.
