The space
This is one of the few Mexican modern style houses in El Pedregal, we love the white colorant the use of natural materials as marble, granite, wood and chukum in the pool, it is a charming house. At night you can enjoy the hot tub with jets, music coming from the outdoor speakers that you can control from your mobile, a sky full of stars, and living an unforgettable experience with your family and friends.
At the BBQ area you will find a beverage refrigerator and freezer.
Enjoy the Sonos speakers compatible with iOS and Android, and high-speed Internet throughout the house.
The water that comes out of the kitchen faucet and the faucet in the BBQ area is filtered water.
Guest access
You can use the entire Villa, we have parking spaces designated for the Villa.
Walking a few steps you will reach the Downtown of Cabo San Lucas, Restaurants, Bars, Nightclubs and the Marina of Cabo San Lucas.
If you require a taxi, just request it at the security guard.
Other things to note
We know how important it is for you to decorate the house if you are celebrating a birthday, bachelor party, bachelorette party or other.
If you are going to paste balloons, banners and other things you have to use special masking tape, the masking tape that painters use and that does not affect the paint on the walls, furniture and aluminum.
We have a penalty of $ 300 usd if you left the decoration attached once you left this Villa and if the painting on the walls, any furniture or the aluminum is affected.
