Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that despite a couple of rainy days, you were still able to enjoy so much of what Lake & Leisure has to offer. From relaxing in the lakeside hot tub and hammock to fishing, boating, and enjoying the pool, it sounds like you made the most of your time on the lake! We're delighted that you appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, coffee and tea bar, beach towels, life jackets, and all the little touches that helped make your stay comfortable. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the outdoor griddle. There is a "seasoning" that gets put on the griddle after it's cleaned which may appear as grease from the previous cooking session. We will still make sure to address it with our team to make sure it's properly cleaned before each stay! It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back to your "little piece of Heaven on the lake" again soon!

Thank you so much for your detailed review, Thomas! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home just as pictured and found it clean and well-stocked with all the little touches to make your stay easier. We're always trying to improve the guest experience and think it can make it that much of a better stay not having to worry about the little things. We’d love to have you back again for another Lake & Leisure getaway!

It sounds like you made some incredible memories together! We're so happy you enjoyed the lake views, pool, oversized hot tub, kayaks, massage chair, and all of the outdoor spaces. And we're especially glad the bunk room brought back those fun summer camp vibes! It's also great to hear the home was spotless and well stocked with everything you needed to feel comfortable during your stay. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughtful observations as well. Feedback like yours is incredibly helpful for future guests and for us as we continue looking for ways to make the experience even better. Thank you again for celebrating with us and for being such wonderful guests. We'd love to welcome your book club back to Lake & Leisure for your next getaway!

Hi! Thank you again for taking my call the other day so we could talk through some of these things and for sharing your feedback. We truly appreciate the opportunity to talk through your experience, and we're glad to hear that despite these concerns, you and your family had an amazing time overall and enjoyed your stay at Lake & Leisure. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize that the interior of the home did not meet the cleanliness standards we strive to provide for every guest. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, and we've shared your feedback with our housekeeping team to ensure the areas we discussed receive additional attention moving forward. When you reached out on the day of check-in requesting a prompt resolution, we immediately contacted the owner, and arranged for him to come over as quickly as possible to address your concerns. As soon as we knew he was on his way, we sent you a message through VRBO to let you know he would be stopping by. Our goal was to resolve everything as quickly as possible so you could get back to enjoying your vacation, and we appreciated your willingness to work with us at that time. Regarding the outdoor areas, Lake & Leisure is a waterfront property surrounded by trees and nature. While we routinely clean and maintain the deck, dock, and other outdoor spaces, occasional spiders, cobwebs, and insects are unfortunately part of the lake environment, particularly during the warmer months. That said, we will continue to review our maintenance schedule to keep these areas as guest-ready as possible. We also appreciate you bringing the dock photos to our attention. The dock available for guest use has changed since some of the original listing photos were taken, and we apologize for that oversight. The dock is fully functional and available for guests to enjoy, and we are updating the listing photos so future guests have an accurate representation of the property. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We value every guest's experience and are committed to using comments like yours to continue improving. We appreciate you choosing Lake & Leisure and are glad your family was still able to make wonderful memories during your time at the lake.

Thank you for the great review and feedback, Michelle! We're so happy to hear you and your family. We hope to see you again soon!
