PropriĂ©tĂ© au bord du lac avec sept chambres mais proche du centre-ville de Nashville. La navigation de plaisance, la pĂȘche, la natation, la musique live et c'est juste sur Old Hickory Lake. Un court trajet en voiture du centre-ville pour tous les honks tonks, musĂ©es, restaurants, musique live et tout ce que Nashville a Ă  offrir. Nous sommes Ă©galement proches des parcs aquatiques, de l’escalade, des salles de concert en plein air, etc. House est 3 grands ponts pour profiter de la vue panoramique sur le lac. A aussi un foyer extĂ©rieur.

This location was perfect for our family reunion! It easily accommodated our group of 9 adults and 1 toddler, with ample space for us to spread out. It was close enough to get to the attractions of Nashville within about 30 minutes, and had beautiful views of the lake.

Overall property was fine. Dishwasher was broken, a lot of seemingly unfinished or novice projects and renovations but kind of made for fun exploration and jokes, like the random closet with 2 little chairs and exposed wiring or the small outdoor room that leads to a single broom and broken look at the back of the chimney. Game room was fun too. Some mold in certain places like the shower that was also a bit offputting which is why we felt the rating was about a 3. Would recommend for a one time experience but probably not a repeat stay.

Our stay was unfortunately not what we expected. The photos of the property were misleading compared to the actual finish and overall quality of the home. I would describe it as more of a C property in a B location. Transparency in the listing would have been appreciated, as every guest initially drove past the house thinking, “This can’t be the same property from the photos.” That sentiment was repeated once inside as well.On a positive note, the property manager’s communication was excellent—responsive and professional throughout our stay.communication from the property manager.

The people in charge of the cleaning of the property don’t pay attention to details. The stay itself was fine and the property was decent but nothing overwhelming about it that I would chose it again!

we had a wonderful time staying here. The house was huge with plenty of space for all 11 of us. The location was perfect for us as we love to fish and kayak. It was easy for us to do both right from the dock. Kellie was super responsive with any questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the house worked great for our large group. We made it work, especially for the price. However if you’re traveling with many people, be aware to either start getting ready earlier or bring mirrors. There are only mirrors in the bathrooms. Time to downtown is also a little longer than expected so just prepare for that. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

Excellent Family Space

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Lakefront Home! The house's main floor was gorgeous! Every level had its own balcony overlooking the lake. My grandson went fishing and had a BLAST! Some floated on tubes on the lake. And it was close enough to enjoy Nashville.

Perfect for large family (as long as members are not too old or too young)

Kellie was a great host. Very helpful, responsive and flexible. The property was just as described and the kitchen was well equipped to cater to a large number of people. The main dining room was the perfect setting for family meals, everyone was able to sit together. If anyone in your party has bad knees this is not the place for them! We had younger kids in our party and the spiral staircase made me nervous
 I would only ding the property a little on the cleanliness. There were cobwebs in the lights over the kitchen island among several other places inside the house and in one of the bathrooms the water was either freezing or scalding, no in between. But really those things were relatively minor compared to how well the space accommodated our group. We had a fantastic family reunion and this was the perfect place for it.

Family Trip

Family Trip with 12 adults. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and spacious with more than enough beds. The kitchen was a great size for our group. The large dining table would have been great to play cards and games, but the space between the boards made it difficult (we placed a blanket over the table to help). The steps up to the main living area could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We really appreciated the dock on the property and boat rental with Chip.

Great VRBO!

We booked this place to stay for a Bachelor party weekend in Nashville. The VRBO was able to hold all 11 guys in our group with ease, and was very clean on arrival. It is tougher to get an uber at this location, so I would recommend scheduling ahead of time to save a 20-30 minute wait.

We did like the house but there are a few things that could be improved. The shower on the second floor was scalding hot and could not be adjusted, moldy smell on lower level (couldn’t be down there to play pool or ping pong) back lawn was terrible for lawn games (needs better grass) ice machine did not fill the entire time we were there, and a better dock to be able to have chairs to enjoy the lake.

This is a beautiful home in a safe, lovely neighborhood with deer everywhere. We stayed here for three nights with our family of 15. Our kids fished from the dock and caught bass, catfish and perch. The checkin was easy and Kellie was very helpful with anything we needed. Nashville is an easy 30 min drive away and it was nice to go have fun in the city but have a quiet retreat to return to.

Annual gathering

Overall an excellent time. House was clean and big, with lakefront access. Rented a boat from Chip (great guy) and enjoyed a full day on the water. Boat rent was a little steep (600 a day) but the boat and service was great. Only about 30 to Uber into Nashville, eliminating the need for a DD. Thanks for a great vacation.

Right on the water yet close to downtown and all of the "honkey tonks" You can swim and fish behind the house. Game room has big screen tv, and pool table. Gas grill located on 1 of the 3 decks overlooking the lake. 3 dining areas that can seat over 20 people. Lots of parking.
