Relax and unwind in this cozy ranch condo on the shores of Lake Erie, just minutes from downtown Port Clinton, Ohio. Sleeps 4! A 30 foot dock is available for those who would like to bring their own boat, jet skies, or even a kayak. It is just 10 feet out the back door of the condo with a one minute boat ride through the marina to get to Lake Erie. The spacious Florida Room is a perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the wildlife or to relax and unwind after your long, fun filled day. The Florida Room also contains a Murphy bed and pull out sofa! Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen with all of the comforts of home. The bedroom is equipped with one queen size bed, tons of storage, ceiling fan, smart tv and large closet with access to the Florida Room. Includes a washer and dryer for your use. There is a charcoal grill available in common area for your use as well. You will also have access to the in-ground pool, fishing pond and fish cleaning stations. Bring your toothbrush and swim suit and plan for an amazing time on the lake. Enjoy many local beaches and several island getaways including Put-in-Bay, Kelly's Island and South Bass Island which are all awesome day trips and accessible by riding either the Jet Express or Miller's ferry. You can also visit Cedar Point Amusement Park, one of the largest amusement parks in the US which is only 40 minutes away. For the serious fisherman the lake provides many opportunities including multiple fishing charters. There is more fun to be had at the local wineries and pubs, wildlife refuges, Animal Safari, numerous waterparks, miniature golf, restaurants and eateries. Come and enjoy all that the Lake Erie region has to offer. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, it's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. If you are birding Magee Marsh and/or Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge, this is an excellent location as it was about 12 minutes from the Magee Marsh parking lot. All I needed was a coffee maker, refrigerator and comfortable bed. This property had all of this and much more. It is also walking distance or one minute drive to a nice bar/restaurant located at the turn off into the property.

Condo and boat dock was very nice

The condo was nice and having the boat dock was good. Make plans ahead if bringing a boat to figure out where you will store your trailer. The condo area has no place and when we called the number recommended for payed storage, they never responded back to us. Luckily for us we had a friend in the area who let us keep our boat trailer at his house or it could of been a bad situation. Also plan to pay a $15 boat sticker fee that the condo association requires. There is limited parking for vehicles if bringing more than one. The pool is nice but you will need to drive over to it. Overall, the condo itself was very nice and we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
