Front de mer sur le magnifique étang Jenkins, quartier calme, tout à proximité

Hauts plafonds avec poutres apparentes et chambre Ă  l'Ă©tage mezzanine avec vue sur l'Ă©tang. Deux chambres supplĂ©mentaires sont au premier niveau. La suite / salle de loisir de niveau infĂ©rieur dispose de deux canapĂ©s-lits jumeaux pour une capacitĂ© de couchage totale de 8 personnes. Il y a deux salles de bain complĂštes, une au premier Ă©tage et une au niveau infĂ©rieur. Les fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond dans le salon et la cuisine donnent sur la plage dans votre cour arriĂšre. Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e a un curseur de sortie qui vous amĂšne Ă  la terrasse en bois infĂ©rieure et Ă  la douche extĂ©rieure. Il y a beaucoup de fenĂȘtres dans toute la maison qui offrent beaucoup de soleil. La grande salle de jeux / belle suite au rez-de-chaussĂ©e est Ă©quipĂ©e d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, d'une grande salle de bain complĂšte / buanderie avec une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse de grande taille, ainsi que d'un coin salon privĂ© Ă  l'arriĂšre.

Le pont supérieur s'enroule autour des deux cÎtés de la maison avec beaucoup d'espace pour profiter d'un barbecue en plein air.

Revenez d'une journée à l'océan et sautez dans l'étang ou prenez une douche extérieure chaude.

Wonderful property on serene Jenkins Pond. The house is beautifully situated right on the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed using the kayaks on the pond. The week was spent visiting Martha’s Vineyard, exploring Falmouth, fishing boat trip and biking. I can heartily recommend this great property.

A week at Jenkins Pond Beach House

Location was ideal. The view of tranquil Jenkins Pond was certainly a highlight as was our daily swim. 2 year old absolutely loved the clean shallow beach. Family of ducks frequently entertaining us as was a heron appearing in the morning. The Beach House itself is spacious and well equipped. Lisa the host and owner was a pleasure to work with and very responsive.

Amazing Stay!!!

My stay started off with a phone call from Lisa 4 days prior to my departure. She wanted to get me acquainted with the property and see if I needed anything before my stay. I have never had this experience with a host before and I was super impressed! My crew arrived Thursday evening and we cozied up in the living room to rest for the weekend ahead! We were able to get a great night sleep on the comfy mattresses before a full weekend ahead. We enjoyed meals, drinks, and snacks on the lovely wrap-around deck overlooking the pond, and some friends in the group enjoyed a refreshing late-night swim. The house was about a 10 minute drive from all attractions we would need to get to. When you first arrive you might be worried that you are a little "out there" but do not panic! Everything was conveniently located!!! The house was situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the busier main road. Lisa checked in with us throughout our stay and was a fabulous host. My husband and I plan on booking for a family vacation next Spring. It is the perfect stay in the Cape!!!

Great Girls Wkend on the pond!

My girlfriend's and I always do wkend getaways together and we had such a great stay at Lisas house! The house was perfect and was decorated so pretty like in the pictures. We enjoyed a few cocktails on the huge deck that had amazing view of Jenkins Pond. Had a great dinner at The Flying Bridge which Lisa recommended! The property was just what we were looking for and needed for our wkend down the Cape! Lisa was great and quick to respond tho we didn't need much, we would love to stay again!

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. The view of the lake is spectacular. The house was super clean and the hosts reached out early to make sure we were set with access to the house. I would definitely stay there again.

A cozy holiday getaway!

Our family gathered here for Christmas this year, and had a fantastic time. Such a beautiful location and large flexible space to bring us all together for a very special holiday weekend. Very clean and well appointed, complete with a cozy gas fireplace and amazing views of ducks and foggy mornings on the lake. The host even put up decorations for us! 🎄Wonderful spot.

Lovely lakeside location

We stayed off season, end of September. We weren't able to take advantage of the pond, kayaks, paddle boards or the deck, hammock or swings - given the cool, rainy weather. None of that distracted from our enjoyment of this comfortable home at a beautiful location. We're knitters and readers and would have loved great lake views with lighting and side tables to indulge our pastimes. Lisa raised the bar for effective, proactive communications and the stay was great - reservation through check out. Agree, the mattress could be better (bedroom across from the bath). Would welcome the opportunity to stay again.

Great Stay on Jenkins Pond!

We stayed at Lisa’s home for a family reunion. It was perfect for that! The rest of our family was next door in Lisa’s other home. Lisa was very accommodating she even offered to let us come early to avoid traveling in a hurricane! After canoeing around the pond we decided this home is the best one! The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pond are just spectacular and we didn’t see any other houses like that!

The pond is a gem.

We all love staying on a pond. We swam, used the kayaks and paddle boards, and enjoyed all those fun experiences. They are in good shape and easy enough to bring to the pond. The house was clean. For us, the best features are the living room and deck where you can sit and see the gorgeous pond. The view is fantastic. The beds were not good for us. They are short and small for a couple to sleep well together. I ended up sleeping on the floor with a mattress from a fold-up bed. So, our sleep was not the best. This is the only drawback of this gorgeous property in a prime location.

Summer fun on Jenkins Pond

This cottage on Jenkins Pond is beautiful! It was so clean and spacious! My daughters and I enjoyed every nook and cranny on the property, so many spaces to relax. The pond was so clean and refreshing. Lisa was a great host, she was a text away if we needed anything. We had a great time and made some new memories! We would definitely go back to this spot!

Amazing summer getaway with family

I came here with my husband, 2 kids and my mom. The home is beautiful and the lake made is so nice for us to relax and hang out. The water was perfect! The neighborhood is beautiful and secluded while being close to everything you need. Plenty of room for everyone to stay! We we’re very sad to leave!!!

Wonderful Weekend!

I can’t say enough about the great experience we had at this property! Lisa went far above our expectations helping us with check in time as we were traveling with two little ones from a long distance. The location is beautiful, and the property was perfect for our family. We definitely hope to stay here again.

You get the best of both worlds....a crystal clear beach in your back yard, as well as the ocean 10 minutes away. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, shopping, a ferry trip to Martha's Vineyard, fine dining, movie going, a scenic bike ride on the famous Falmouth Bike Trail. Everything is at your finger tips. And at the end of the day, settle back, relax and enjoy the serenity of your own back yard!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You have a fresh water beach in your back yard, as well as numerous ocean beaches within a 10-minute drive. The beach in the backyard is semi private, but feels private for the most part. There are many small association beaches around the pond and neighbors are allowed to use them. Take a right or left onto Rt. 28 and within 10 minutes you're either in Falmouth Village or Mashpee Commons. Interested in spending the day in Martha's Vineyard? Take a 10 minute drive and hop on the ferry. You have the luxury of being in a quiet neighborhood, yet minutes away from everything the Cape has to offer.
